The location, the breakfast, the view and value for money House keeping wasn’t always changing the towels or add water unless i ask, and it’s a bit far from nearest station about 15 mins walking

Good location Horrible breakfast, no room cleaning, bathroom is poorly lit - too dark. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken with open wires exposed. No water pressure at all in the showers. Too noisy - can hear all conversation outside. Loud music until 1am in the morning.

Very clean and comfortable Loud! Some rooms better than others but the roof top bar at the hotel (super nice) as well as the roof top bar across the narrow street is loud until 11:00 pm (23:00).

The room, though small, had everything necessary: fridge, kettle, TV, wardrobe, desk, hair dryer, and warm blankets. The configuration of the room was unusual and interesting, with windows on four sides (one of which is covered by wood). There was air conditioning, which (slowly but still) makes the room comfortable even after it got hot when you leave the room and electricity was off since the door key is required to keep it working The room was very small, with simple, somewhat clumsy furniture. In the bathroom, the door barely closed, the sink and shower were tiny, and there was little space. Music played until midnight from a nearby bar just a few steps from the entrance, and also from another bar across the window. Noise from conversations and footsteps around the personal terrace easily carried into the room despite mirrored glass and curtains. Very weak water pressure, and it was difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower. All electricity turned off when leaving the room, so it always became stuffy and overheated by the time I returned

Amazing staff, great location just minutes away from the major attractions, clean and spacious rooms. The view from top terrace is spectacular. Mustafa, the owner, has a very good knowledge of the nearby places to visit or shop and is extremely friendly with the hotel guests. He is always ready to go beyond the expectations and help you with everything needed.

The location is amazing. The breakfast is amazing with a good variety that satisfies everyone and flexible for special requests. I loved the idea that there is a restobar “Tipsy” on the roof which gave us the opportunity to go out at night while being close to the room and kids. The staff is very helpful and decent. Mehmet always helped us with a welcoming smiled. Sahra was cheerful and served a smiley boy shaped omelette for my little nephew. The housekeeping lady did everything we requested to ensure that we had a clean well accommodated room. The wifi is not the best, it was out for like 3days in a row. The mini bar in the room could have been bigger and better cause it was in a family room so we had to freeze baby and kids food. There is no space in family room for luggage.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Oldtown. Terrace bar has very nice view to the bay. Breakfast was surprising, not classic. Different Tukish tastes. Enjoyable. Thank you! Cat smell is disturbing, smoking inside also.

Everything was great. Breakfast was perfect. The staff was very friendly and nice. There is a cocktail cafe on the hotel's terrace that is open in the evenings and makes delicious hamburgers and pizzas. I definitely recommend it. Everything was great

Location Breakfast Staff Noise from the bar above the rooms

The staff was very friendly, helpful and speaks English. Very welcoming and a very good service. They offer water at anytime and they don’t sell it. The breakfast was very good many things from vegetables fruits, drinks, cheese. I really appreciate when we checked in they brought us a fruit dish that was so sweet. We’ve been traveling a month around Turkey and we’ve missed this quality of service The light above the mirror in the bathroom should be fixed as the hairdryer was broken.
