"The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room telephone was out of order for the first two days of our stay. Most importantly, there were four of us, yet we were only provided with four small bottles of water. When I asked for extra water, I was told we would have to purchase it. For a four-star hotel, failing to provide an adequate supply of water is very disappointing."

Not close to the beach even though it says 600m… Staff were not professional and couldn’t even talk English ! Hotel was smelling so bad of drainage..

The location is amazing—right in the heart of everything. The staff are exceptionally friendly, especially the front desk team. A special thanks to the lovely lady at the information desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The balcony door at our suite needs maintenance. That’s all

Location - very near to the Old Town and Tram. Everything is accessible. As Best Western standard, the room was really great. The breakfast was really good. Thank to Deniz, Irem and Arda for making my stay a wonderful experience. None

I am a non-smoker, and unfortunately I was unable to use the air conditioning because cigarette smoke was coming into the room. Although the weather was pleasant, the room became quite warm as I could not open the windows due to people smoking on the floors below. This made my stay rather uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. Everything was close by and within walking distance, including the city center, the old town/fortress area, the mall, and even the tram station. The breakfast was very delicious and enjoyable, and overall we had a comfortable stay. The gym was quite small, hot, and needed more equipment and better maintenance. Also, the swimming pool was still closed even though it was already the end of May.
