The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The location was great, in the old city yet close to the Main Street. The room could be cleaner.

Staff , Ali , Ada Aarzo very friendly so is Ufuq and get the breakfast I need Sonulgum was very kind to made for me , water , cofee and tea complimentary, room cleaning every day ,Location near clock tower, mosque, old town marina is just 6 minutes walk , trams and restaurant all there , Hardian gate 7 minutes walk (no steep path)as a solo traveler room with a big window ,bed was comfortable and hot water for shower only , good for me. , of course heating was good. Only if there is some kind of holder for shampoo and soap for shower.

I booked for 5 days but i extended my stay for more 5 days i stayed 10 days everything was very good the staff the breakfast and everything we enjoyed stayed there and i want to thank everyone for the hospitality and services The only thing I didn’t like is the loud noise of the music around the hotel

The location was perfect, it’s in the middle of everywhere. It’s very safe you can keep your room unlocked, the back garden was very quiet and makes you calm. The staff were very helpful.

The view from the balcony of the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The garden area in the back is nicely done and pretty. Staff were generally kind. Bar located on rooftop of hotel literally adjacent to the room and window with DJ and LOUD LOUD music the first night I was there. Made it very difficult to sleep. The other two nights no DJ so noise was less but still need earplugs. Shower head had only a few working holes that were not covered in calcium build up. So had to use alternate shower head which was okay. Property is dated and a little run down and not looking entirely like the photos listed. The garden space seems to be the only spot they are keeping updated and nice. The rooftop terrace is not maintained and does not reflect the photos. Breakfast was plain and not very good quality. I have stayed in Turkey 3 weeks and this breakfast was not good, especially for the price per night of the hotel. AC in room functions oddly and takes about 10minutes to finally start working continuously. Overall the price I feel is too high for the quality of the stay. And the noise is too noisy. I would not recommend staying in this area and unfortunately I would stay at this hotel again.

Please have breakfast immediately. I felt reluctant to add more.

The location is perfect , the staff are very friendly and nice , they were ready to help in anything, the breakfast was tasty and the room was clean & tidy. We could enjoy the cute and lovely garden of the hotel where they serve drinks and fresh food and narguilé( Shisha). Like in all hotels in Kaleici , there is no lift because it is prohibited… but it was not an issue, the kindness of Ufuk & Arso & Eda & Songül made us forget this inconvenience ?

We had a room at the top level - it has beautiful and amazing view! Location is perfect - old town, square, bazaar, Mermerli beach is very close to this hotel. Staff was polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay - thank you! It can be quite noisy at night due to the bars and nightclubs nearby.

Excellent location in the old town, quite comfortable small room for two, good breakfast. Tram stop is easy to reach, cozy cafes and beautiful streets for walking. Thanks to the staff for the good maintenance of the hotel, for helping with all questions. We recommend the hotel!
