Clean and nice , boutique type hotel. A lot of guests were like us related to dental clinic Small rooms and far from main streets with restaurants and beach

We stayed at an apartment in a very good location.

The location was great, near the beach and the restaurants in the very calm area no disco no music no nightclubs

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had access also to the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same company. Therefore, we had a choice of pool and used both. However the dining room and fitness center were better at the Permamis. The breakfast was wonderful – a mix of expected continental fare and Turkish food. And the hot dishes were always different. I did not know that our apartment was not actually in the hotel but two blocks away. Also the room was not described correctly in booking.com. It was described as two bedrooms. Given that I was there for a week with my three teenage boys, I chose this hotel for that reason. I wanted to have a living room space that was not taken over with fold out beds. But that is what we had. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with two fold out sofas. The free public section of Lara beach is small. Most of the beach is taken up by unoccupied overpriced private lounges. The sea itself is a sad reflection of the state of our world. Full of plastic debris that the tides bring in.

My friends’ stay at Peramis Hotel was excellent. I had rented several rooms for my witnesses and close friends who traveled from abroad for my wedding party, which took place at a nearby hotel. I am writing their impressions here since they were the ones staying in these rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. What stood out most was the reception service. Aras was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. When one of my guests came quite earlier than checkin time, he came with a solution and provided comfort for my guest. He truly went above and beyond, making check-in and check-out smooth and providing very helpful information about the area. Thanks to him, my guests felt very welcome throughout their stay. I can highly recommend this hotel, especially the excellent service provided by Aras.

Our receptionist Aras was incredibly helpful and patient, making us feel warmly welcome from the moment we arrived. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and a polite attitude, which truly enhanced our stay. Upon check out we missed flight and when we came back for another night, he helped us to the room and was very empathetic about missed flight, he was truly supportive like a friend would. We really appreciate such heartwarming words. We plan to visit this hotel again to see him again. The building is easy to locate, and convenience is unbeatable: groceries and a tekel shop are just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with soft, puffy beds and pillows that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary water provided in the room. Swimming pool is big. Breakfast options are plenty. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The breakfast was amazing, every morning they served fresh and tasty menu. The staff were so kind and helpful. A special thanks to Mr.Batihan who made our stay our stay easier.
