Near the city center, easier access from airport bus also. Breakfast wasn’t good, omelette to be paid extra, coffee extra also

Bed VERY hard. Location was near mall but the street was in horrible condition and didn’t feel safe.

Was ok but it is not in touristic aera

Location of the hotel, cleanness, and WIFI coverage, housekeeping, and receptionest is friendly. The breakfast was very poor and not on time like what they write on booking. And the safe box was broken and I asked them to fix it but no response.

Breakfast was not really "included", one needs to purchase eggs, etc. Comfort, communication.

The location was good. One staff member in the kitchen (Ferideh) was very helpful. Staff at reception was rude. We have to pick- up extra blanket from reception and rooms were cleaned every 2 or 3 days. We had requested our 2 rooms to be in the same floor (despite requested during booking), reception was very reluctant.

The amenities such as lift, room setup for a typical town hotel (for 5 adults), clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Convenient and fast laundry service at 200 TL for one load. -

The rooms are clean and the staff was really helpful.Also the location is close to Kaleiçi, by walking 15 minutes

Soundproof, as i am deep sleeper was okay, but for others i dont know :)))

Trim falling off the walls, never got a hot shower. Neighborhood was not great (not dangerous or anything just run down with broken sidewalks).

I liked the room. The staff tried to be helpful but it’s tough to communicate through an app.

I wasn't sure when I booked, as to only seeing hotel on app, however when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. altho in the city it was a very good hotel! staff were friendly and accommodation was great. hotel very close to all amenities. the hotel was in the city so parking, which was provided, was limited, but there was on road parking, although depending when one arrives could be difficult during the day.

Perfactly located close to Old Town. Nice Staff. Good beds, clean room. Breakfast is simple but good. Quiet location in the centre. It is definitely on a three star level. Good value for money.

Actually nothing - around roads and places are dirty, very noisy and for a night on the road appeared a market. They occupied every road even near hotel In room was a lot of mosquitoes and ants, not clean bath and non clean sheets
