Room clean and new, friendly stuff, great location

The location is Amazing facing Markaantalya Mall right in the center,close to everything.Yeliz, Ayoub & Ali were so nice and helpful.I told yeliz that I need more spacious room and she changed it without extra fees. No telephone in the room to call reception in case you need them & no safe box.

Location is great, cleanliness was good, receptionts specially the male one was not friendly. cleaning staff were great. They said the room I had booked was given to somebody else. Why?

I bay for my daughter extra ,and we are already 3 people, me and my son14 years and my daughter 9 years. Our reservation just sleep without breakfast.

BAD STUFF

Breakfast was fantastic and staff friendly and helpful. They sorted out my issue we both a noisy family nextdoor. Noisy inconsiderate neighbors Rooms could have been cleaned during the stay, instead you have to ask at the desk if you want the room cleaned.

The excellent location and the helpfulness of the front desk staff. The standard room is small but ideal for what I needed on a long layover flight as a solo traveler. Locates facing directly facing the MarkAntalia Mall and many other conveniences, as well as close proximity to the old town and beach front with restaurants, etc. The rooms aren't really soundproof .

The location is fantastic right in front of the mall, few steps from the tram and bus station. The breakfast was delicious. I would like to thank M. Ali for the new dishes he offered every morning with his big smile. The room cleaning is awful. They clean every 2 or 3 days and you have to leave a note on the front desk and even so sometimes they don’t clean the room.

Staff: Very friendly and helpful – great customer service Cleanliness: Could be improved – not consistently clean throughout the stay,the towel and bed sheets should be changed . Facilities: Washing machine was listed as available, but not found in the room – misleading information.

The location is great, 1 minute from the tram station, closer to MarkAntayla. Very clean and specious, it's like a studio flat. Staff is friendly and available all day. Bathroom also clean. Looks exactly like it is in the pictures. The room i stayed in had no washing machine and microwave

Excellent location and spacious rooms. Readiness of the room in terms of "use as apartment". Though microwave and all were provided on request, but its expected when an apartment is booked.

Nothing When I arrived I sad I will need invoice on company details, what I never received. Also shower was in bad condition and look from window was straight in to a wall from opposite building. Definitely try to find better place, will never come back to that place
