Tamara Business Antalya Hotel

Only stayed for one night. Big and clean room, pretty good wifi signal and amazing location! Staff nice and friendly Not all staff speaks good English, rooms certainly need renovation as we had mold in the shower and the facilities look a bit worn out Breakfast is ok but definitely not up to 4 stars hotel level

The location and the breakfast. The staff coudn't speak english. We booked with transfer but they said that they had no idea about it. The room was dirtey and not fresh. Room service didn't clean the room for 2 days.

Pillows

Filthy hotel, bathroom door, shower screen, toilet seat were broken. The bedding were not fresh as it had the smell of alcohol, there was hair on the floor and lots of dust. The room was not cleaned. The bathroom basin had mould. Was originally booked for 3 nights but left after the 1st as we arrived at 3.30 am and had no other option but to stay there till morning. The breakfast was also terrible, not good. There was not a good variety, there was a large counter full of cheese and salads. Very disappointed, please do not book as a family as its not good. The picture do not show the reality

The room was clean The breakfast didn’t have food for people of other countries. The staff didn’t understand english and had to use translators to communicate. Also, the spa wasn’t available.

Pleasant

The location was amazing, I searched and chose this location so that we could be local to everything, and my kids could enjoy Halal McDonald's safely and independently. We had a hiccup when the key wouldn't switch on the lights and upon using the torch, we saw it to be broken. We were immediately bumped into another suite.The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful and even used Google translate where communication was made possible. The Family room was beautifully designed where we could have privacy from the kids and still enjoy family time by just opening the door. Breakfast could be improved to serve international guests, but we managed to get by. All in all, it was an excellent experience The Breakfast

We were very satisfied with polite and helpful staff. They helped us to find good restaurant and great tour. Cleaning ladies are excellent. Staff at restaurant were great. Location of hotel is great, at begging of pedestrian street, few minutes from old town. Room was great, air conditions good. Next time we will book the same hotel. Room is narrow, but it is also ok

The location was good as there was food close by Staff were rude,they couldn’t speak English making it hard to communicate ,Breakfast was poor.

Location Rooms and hotel in general is not very clean. Several stains on the bathroom. Breakfast is very limited. Expected better when hotel is rated with four stars.

The hotel's location is indeed good. unfortunately the staff was not friendly at all. They failed to provide us with information about breakfast timings, pool availability, and other details. We had to constantly ask for everything. Moreover, the pool was not as clean as expected, which deterred us from swimming, and the gym facilities were terrible, making it impossible to exercise. Additionally, the humidity between the rooms was unbearable. Overall, considering the lack of service and amenities, the hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating and price. I would only give it 2 stars for its location.

A/C was okay in the room Dusty A/C, no carpet in room floor, in the hotel lobby it was as hot as a saudi arabia underground car park!

location cleaning wasn’t to standard bathroom had a smell and the flush was broken. Breakfast was all cold the eggs and chips were all hard. luckily we only stayed here for a night don’t think I could have stayed here for longer.

the internet was not working I waited 4 hours the breakfast was very bad not clean or edible

Location I don't know from where they did bring the 4th Star..? Cleanliness? Not so. You can't walk barefoot in the room, the floor not clean.
