The worst receptionist I had known in my life. Being a traveler ,I stay at least 30 hotels every year around the world, and had never run into a person like him. I checked in around 4pm on Jun 18, 2023. I told him I reserved 2 single beds but the room he gave me was one king size room. He told me the bed is big enough for two people and he did not have a spare room without any apology. Then I asked twice for another blanket for there was only one. The answer was “NO” . What a ridiculous excuse. So, I had no cover for sleeping at night since my friend and I were not used to share one blanket. The only blanket we had is posted attached. The only thing he interested was introduced the charged tour to us and showed his unhappy face because we didn’t buy it. We checked out and left our luggages at the hotel. When we went back to get our luggages on Jin. 20th 8:00pm . Our luggages were inside the reception semi circle table. He told us he could call a taxi for us but we told him we would take a bus. He just walked out of the gate of the hotel. We had to walked in and took our luggages which made us very uncomfortable because we thought that area was a hotel private area. Besides this, everything were perfect, good location, good breakfast and the other staffs were all very nice.

Staff were very helpful and polite. I met Mr. Our and mr. Mustafa there. Both are lovely people. Thanks for all. Hotel is very near to Mark Antalya shopping centre. Very busy area. Most of the tourist places in your walking distance. Direct access from and to the Airport by Team. İn breakfast you will get most of your favourite items expect any type of juice. This was a less point in my observation for blank yes lovers. No juice in breakfast. No black tea.

breakfast was okay; room was clean, spacious, there was a bit noise around, but that was tolerable; staff were friendly, helpful; they provide free tea all day, if you like tea. confused about car parking; right next to the hotel, there is carpark, but who is operating, who pays for the service (hotel customer or the hotel) , it was not clear; although on booking.com free carpark is advertised. eventually the hotel paid for it, but i did ask for explicitly.

The hotel is in the very center of the city. The breakfast was good for the size of the hotel. We were provided with free parking for our car. It was unusual that we had to ask for room maintenance, we are used to it being done automatically.

Everything was perfect. The hotel and the forniture is new, the staff is super kind and always supportive. The room was perfectly clean. The breakfast has a wide range of food choices. Highly recommended. The location is perfect because is in the city centre but not in a crowded and noisy street. Everything perfect

big and clean rooms they use tap water for tea, what makes it unpleasant to drink, taste is really bad, I expect hotels using at least filtered water

the location is amazing, 2 minutes from shopping center MarkAntalya. not very quite, but it depends on the room. I think it’s overpriced for the period I’ve stayed, been two nights, didn’t see cleaning, however cost was 32£ per night, what I think for April is a bit too high for the level of the hotel in general.
