No breakfast!

The location of the hotel is perfect – close to Old Town, yet far enough to avoid street noise! For the price we paid (very reasonable), the room had everything we needed, except the fridge didn't work properly. However, the front desk staff were super helpful and let me use their main fridge. I have only positive things to say about the hotel! One note: there's no coffee maker in the room, but you can use hot water or tea at the front desk anytime.

Very basic but everything worked and very clean shower was brilliant bed was Very comfortable ? no tea or coffee in room but could get tea at reception staff very helpful ? ? very close to everything. Would stay again.

Its my second time in this hotel and its still as good Very Clean and nice, the location is very good near the old city and the staff were very friendly

My stay at this hotel was very bad. The cleanliness was extremely poor — I saw many cockroaches inside the hotel. The room was very small and lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer, kettle, drinking water, and even breakfast. The room also had a strong smell of smoke. In addition, the receptionist was unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting guests. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

It was central located. When we changed our booking way ahead of times from 2 to 1 night and upgraded from 1-2 people we had to pay extra instead of getting a refund. My husband was in the hospital and so I had to cancel the first night. He was healthy enough to travel and I went with him to care for him. We had to leave for the airport at 6am so we didn’t eat breakfast but still had to pay extra for 2 people and 2 nights.

Very friendly staff. Check-in to the room was early in the morning, because I was tired after the trip and the staff was happy to help me. Internet works great in the lobby and in the room. There is always hot tea in the lobby.
