The decor was very nice From the minute we arrived we had to wait around 20 min to be welcomed by the reception, the room was very loud, even if I can understand that the location is central, and the city is alive the noise from outside did not got filtered at all by the windows and walls, the next day we booked an ATV forrest experience from the hotel, and we asked if it's possible to have one extra hour on our check out because the activity only ends at 12:00 ( it's the earliest and shoryest activity we could find , started at 8:30) they refused to give us an extra hour for check out ( even tho we checked in at 20:00) the night before but anyway) they were kind enough to keep our bags tho. We got very dirty from the ATV's, like mudd everywhere and dirty clothes so we asked if maybe there's a complementary room we could use to rince off, unfortunately they did not had that either, but they were kind enough to let us one of the bathrooms to change clothes

Overall happy with my stay. Location amazing. Staff kind. It’s an older property so there was mold in the bathroom. I believe bleach would solve that. They didn’t have an iron or steamer, they said safety hazard. The lighting in the bedroom was not the best but the one in the bathroom was good enough. A light sleeper would have an issue with the noise… I sleep deeply but one of the nights someone played extremely loud music outside around 4am. I called reception and they said they could do nothing. Thankfully the noise eventually stopped.

The check-in and check-out process was slow. The staff, rather than focusing on their work, were more interested in the GS soccer game.

Amazing historic boutique hotel with a pool on the patio. Accommodating and kind to my young kids. Helpful staff. Just truly beautiful and old gorgeous architecture. Giant hallway. Quiet rooms.

Despite the location is perfect, the hotel is on the cars main entrance to the old town , and their is a manhole cover in front of the hotel which is need to fix to avoid the noise each time passed over by the cars , its so disturbing which you have to forget taking a nap or sleep during the day time , even at the late time at the night , except this issue every thing was perfect .

Fair Rooms only serviced if you ask, reception said there was a little door tag to hang outside, but we didn’t have one. Room only serviced once during our 4 day stay, even after we asked that it be serviced.

Very beautiful and charming hotel in the old town. Perfect location. Central. With everything you need close by. Very polite and nice staff. Breakfast is nice. You can order omelette if you want. Very beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy coffee and sun.

Great location in the old town, overall decent accommodation and good value for money, strange Turkish style breakfast but very adequate some slight negatives, firstly the room cleaning, cleaners don’t come in every day, I was there a week and my room was cleaned only on days 6 and 7 ???? The sound insulation is non existent, I could hear the room above snoring and everything else they did too. Overall the standard is decent but the hotel is starting to need a bit of TLC Wallpaper needs pasting town and towel rails looses etc.

Location is perfect for exploring the old town. Room 212 lacked light although two windows the curtain had to be closed in one window to maintain privacy.
