The location of the hotel was perfect in the old town. Everything was walking distance and so many cafes around to have breakfast. 7mins to Mermeli beach. The bazaar was closeby as well. We were able to walk to the main sites from the hotel. The shower was broken and glass panel wouldnt shut properly. On our 1st night the room was too hot as the aircon is located on an odd place! Directed towards the door so it didnt cool the room properly. Need more pillows as the ones we had was quite flat.

A great place to stay. The location is fantastic and the hotel and rooms are beautiful. The bathtub is quite small. A little expensive.

The location is right in the middle of old town, where we were able to get food and drink even after 11pm. The staff was very welcoming and efficient and the ambience of the hotel was beautiful, very indicative of the Turkish style. We reached the hotel at around 11pm and were looking forward to a good night's rest but were very disappointed by our stay. Knowing that we travelled during the hottest month of the year, our biggest let down was that the A/C was not working, and that led to a sleepless night, after a long flight journey. We informed the staff about the A/C not working and all he did was open the top flap of the A/C which made no difference at all. There were a couple of holes in the bed sheets and the sheet covering was table cloth material and not comfortable at all. I won't be returning.

The hotel has a great location, nestled in a quiet street in amongst the town. The room was extremely clean and welcoming. We had a bath in our room which was great. We also had 2 small bottles of water provided in our fridge for when we arrived which was a nice touch. The was also spacious and included robes. It was very close to lots of bars and restaurants but without the noise of them. The staff seemed a little inexperienced and gathered in the court yard for a lot of the time which made it feel like we could not enjoy that space ourselves. We had asked for some extra pillows as the ones provided were lumpy and flat and they could not fulfill this wish as they said all of the rooms were booked. There was also no shower gel in our room and our room was not serviced over a 3 night stay which may be due to a language barrier.

In a good location 1)The address mentioned was wrong. No one could help us to locate it. Also for more than one 1 hour we were lost. The street was in reality was Kandiller Cikmazi Sokak , while on the website it is Kandiller Sokak. When in reality both these street exist. 2) There was no hot water available on most of the days. Also on one day no water was available. 3) Last day there was a pet dog that was barking the whole day.

We had a good stay . But there was no bin in the room. Nothing

Only location 1 - room is amazingly dirty and old, needs to be repaired and cleaned!! I’ve booked room for eight days and housekeeping has never come. They didn’t change towels, linens, new bottles of water etc. 2 - sockets are placed out of the wall, what makes very dangerous to charge your devices. 3 - room is very very small and ok max for two people. I booked hotel for only sleeping and going out - it was ok 4 - Wi-Fi is very slow, we were only using our mobile data, cause it’s not enough even for social media 5 - hotel simply never replies on messages via WhatsApp or booking com. They just ignore, so be careful.

We were a group of 8 friends. Location Some showers did not have water Shower spout old and not working Shower outlet blocked and filthy Staff unfriendly Sat and smoked outside bedrooms all the time Aircons did not work Some rooms need maintenance Windows could not open Windows dirty . Bed linen old Towels old One room unsafe if fire broke out No fire escape Steep stairs. Fridges were not working properly. Rooms were not refreshed daily Poor communication by owner. Not up to standard for a Boutique hotel.

The location is pretty good, is near most restaurants and bars in the old town. It’s also close to the beach (it’s a private beach that belongs to a restaurant so you’ll have to pay) its only 30 minutes away from the airport and the lobby of the hotel looks lovely. During our stay, we encountered several issues with our room. On the day we arrived, the towel hanger in the bathroom fell off the wall, revealing was not properly attached to begin with. Multiple electrical plugs in the bathroom were loose, with exposed cables, posing a significant safety hazar. Additionally, we experienced a day without hot water and prolonged wifi outages. The hotel provided shampoo and conditioner, but the conditioner bottle appeared to contain shampoo, and there was no shower gel, forcing us to purchase our own. At checkout, despite Booking.com indicating a checkout window between 12 pm and 1 pm, the hotel staff insisted we leave earlier, even after we showed them the app. While I did not expect a luxurious stay given the affordability, these minor issues, such as the broken towel holder, mislabeled bottles, and exposed cables, are easily fixable and would significantly enhance the experience. Additionally, please ensure the checkout times are clearly communicated and honored to avoid confusion.

Cute hotel garden When I was checking in there was men at reception ,and I asked for the checkout at 13.00 Because I had plans for morning and every hour was matter . He said it’s fine and confirm me Hotel was looking empty I didn’t see even one person there . At morning when I was leaving there was a women at reception and I said I am coming back at 12.30 and check out is at 13.00 she said no ,so I had to cancel my plans and go and pack .I told her that yesterday I got confirmation but she again refuse So unprofessional and rude
