The Ninova

Nice old world, arty style building with peaceful garden courtyard. Parking. It closed for refurbishment after my stay so rooms might be completely different in future, but two things I’d request in the update are: spare power points near the bed; and a kettle and cups.

Quaint hotel in renovated period building in the Old Town. Friendly staff. Secure parking. Great location. Spacious room. Breakfast ok but not a huge selection. Duvet was much narrower than the bed!

Charming old style house in old town with nice yard space and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast. Triple room was small, no chair but clean. Bathroom was clean. Good AC. WiFi was fine in common area but weak on/off in my room.

Nice and cozy

Staying at The Ninova in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town (Kaleiçi) was nothing short of magical. I’ve visited Antalya many times before — stayed in different areas, from the beachside resorts to modern neighborhoods — but nothing compares to the experience of living right in the soul of the city. Kaleiçi is a place full of history, beauty, and energy, and staying at The Ninova allowed me to feel all of that on a deeply personal level. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is thoughtfully curated down to the finest details — every corner feels intentional, warm, and welcoming. The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfasts? Delicious. Fresh, local, and beautifully served in a peaceful courtyard that made each morning feel special. More than just a place to sleep, The Ninova gave me a new perspective on Antalya — the rhythm of the Old Town, the scent of the sea in the morning, the sound of life echoing in narrow streets lined with history. It made me feel the city, not just see it. This stay reminded me why I fell in love with travel in the first place. Highly, deeply, and wholeheartedly recommended.

No facilities

The location with parking is why I booked this place, right in the heart of old town. Your car is allowed inside old town only if your hotel has a parking. Great garden with fruit trees, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Also, it is on a quiet street. Some streets in the old town can get loud with nightclubs. Moreover, the property has a touch with the history that you see in furnishing, walls and the decor all over the place. Limited choice in breakfast.

Very spacious rooms for Antalya’s old town, perfect for a family stay! Breakfast was served at the table not a buffet.

Showers were cold there was no hot water.

An excellent small Hotel!

Superb

Nice garden and central location. We had a room in the upper corner of the building, maybe that's why the wifi mostly didn't work. Also, hot water took ages to arrive, so most our showers were rather cold. The breakfast, off season at least, is a prepared plate. We stated that we were vegetarian and would rather have more cheese instead of ham, but he bluntly said no and turned away. Room service brings new towels but doesn't actually seem to clean anything. Also, despite being located in a quiet side street, you can clearly hear the music from nearby pubs and orher guests in adjacent rooms at night. Still okay value for money overall though.

The bed was really hard, it was ok for my husband as he is heavier than me, but I had to stack myself on top of the pillows (55 kg) . The breakfast was horrible, a premade plate with the lowest of cheese and bread. No hot water, or it came after a long time. There was stuffed a sofa in the room, even though there was no room for it and it meant that you had absolutely no space.
