The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything. The outside area was also really good. Breakfast was not the best. Everything was tasty, but we had higher expectations. On the first night, one of the sheets was old and itchy. Since we arrived late, I didn't want to bother anyone, but they changed it the next day and it was great.

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The room also smelled very pleasant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the overnight staff member. The young man working the morning shift was polite but less welcoming in comparison. The breakfast was quite simple, but everything was fresh and tasty, making it a nice way to start the day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The windows were very small and dirty, so we almost never opened them. The extra children's beds left in the hallways also didn't create a very good impression. There was mold in the shower. I was also surprised that the hotel charged us 1,000 TRY (around €19) when I wanted to invite a guest to my room. For example, my friend had checked out of another hotel and didn't have anywhere to stay for a couple of hours before leaving. I invited him to my room so he could leave his backpack there and relax for 3–4 hours. He had to pay 1,000 TRY, even though he wasn't allowed to use the hotel's only facility-the pool. I found this policy quite unreasonable.

Amazing place, what it lacks in facilities it compensates and more in its great service. The swimming pool is small but very nice. There are areas of improvement in the breakfast. The water heater is warm in the night and hot during the day, which is not a big issue but an area of improvement.

If your wanting to be right in center of old town, this place gets it. The folks working here are fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast is a wonderful variety of good food. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked very well, nice pillows. I stayed in the shoulder season and the city noise level wasn't bad. I can see where it can get noisy but, thats the location of choice. The bathroom lighting needs to be a bit more.

Very central and access to everything

The sheets were pilled and noticeable when sleeping. The fridge had a dripping sound and had to be disconnected to sleep. Hot water worked one day of my 4 night stay. Have to check in with security to get into the old city (by car).

Breakfast was a typical nice Turkish breakfast with eggs, cheese, fruit, assorted vegetables, tea, and cakes. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and even helped guide me about a local hospital when my daughter was sick. It was 2 minute walking distance from the Hadrian gate where you could easily get a taxi. We were there 5 nights, and there were many good restaurants nearby. One of my favorite things to do was take a nice stroll down the cobblestone streets to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Simply breathtaking.

The hotel is old but clean. Staff is really helpful and the location is amazing. it's just a street or two away from the good restaurants and hangout places.

Perfectly located in old town Anatoly everything is within walking distance. Good food, good music, good people

Spacious, clean , quiet and helpful hosts. Nothing
-
Noise of scooters at night. Bring earplugs.

The location is perfect, you are very centrally in Kaleici but away from the noisy bars. Rooms are clean but a bit dated decor which is perfectly fine. Breakfast was really good and staff were very helpful. They provide parking space but we called and checked before arriving and they were full. I'd recommend calling if arriving with a car as driving around Kaleici is a pain with narrow streets Nothing really
