Great location, amazing decor, friendly staff!

Very comfortable and charming Location and staff

The design was truly incredible. Like you found this secret treasure. And very “warm” - we spent a few hours just talking on the sofas having a drink. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Nothing! Can’t say enough good.

The breakfast was sensational and the hotel was beautiful. I will certainly be booking another Small Luxury Hotel property. The staff were incredibly attentive and we very much loved our stay. Worth every penny.

The interior design of this hotel was unbelievable - very whimsical and the bathroom made me smile every single time I walked in there ::) The hotel staff were amazing - family run. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious and I dined at the intimate Resturant which was some of the best food I've ever tasted. Great location and could not recommend more. I will definitely stay again! Nothing

The main hall is truly magnificent, with its diverse styles and rich colors creating a highly luxurious appearance. Furthermore, the service and the breakfast are truly outstanding. The room was nice, but the finishing details fell short of a true four-star quality.

The top floor in our 2 floor unit was empty, so there wasn't really a reason to go in it. Would be cool to decorate it and put yoga mats or something up there.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was nothing short of spectacular—thoughtful without being overbearing. Breakfast was a luxurious affair, clearly curated with care and quality, like dining at a top-tier restaurant where every plate was a piece of art. Speaking of art: the entire space felt like a living, breathing modern exhibition. Colors, textures, and design elements flowed together in a visual feast that delighted the senses at every turn. Yet, despite all the style, the ambiance was warm and welcoming—like staying in someone’s impeccably designed, high-end home where you’re treated like a VIP but given complete privacy. The staff struck the perfect balance of friendliness and non-intrusiveness. It was hospitality at its best. Maybe wifi could be a bit better in the rooms

Liked virtually everything - a lot of care has gone into the experience and staff were excellent . The light switches in the room were an experience to themselves! Less liked - no lift to the floor in our part of the building ( room 10) not a major issue for us but should be shown on room details.

Our experience at Hotel De was truly outstanding! The service was impeccable — the staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from restaurant recommendations and bookings to seamless taxi and train transfers. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's fun and modern decor added an extra touch of charm to our stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and top-notch service! one drawback was the ventilation issue. Our room was located two floors above the hotel restaurant, and at times, the smell from the restaurant made its way into our space. Because of this, I would not recommend staying in rooms directly above the restaurant.

Beautifully and uniquely decorated rooms and general areas. Great personal touches with turndown, messages, minibar etc. Perfect discreet service. Great location. Really helpful front of house and reception staff. Only small niggle was that breakfast was quite expensive and slow.

Great and kind personnel made sure we had a great stay in Antwerp.
