The staff were really friendly and the hotel was quiet and spacious. I was able to leave my bags when I arrived and pick it up after check in. Check-in was smooth and the shower had good water pressure. The layout of the room was really nice and included a nice vanity area right by the window so you can make use of the natural light. There was a full length mirror to check you don't look crazy and the whole place was close enough to the centre for good access to bus, train and trams but far enough away to not have to try sleep in chaos. Some of the switches did not work and the curtains were broken. The room can do with a little updating/refresh such a fresh coat of paint as some was peeling in the corner and the bedside lights did not have bulbs.

There was mold in a corner, the airco didn't work and the windows couldn't open

The staff member was very nice and helpfull. Provided me with a new (and bigger) room after there were some problems with my original room. Old, run down rooms. First room: door to (shared) balcony would not lock properly and there were huge mold stains on the wall. Bathroom in poor condition. AC not working. The room was cleaned properly and they provided fans. Second room was much better. Still old, but touched up a little. Very spacious and clean. Nice shower. Broken AC. Window could not open. It was very hot in the room. The provided a fan, which was much needed. Matras was not that comfortable. Breakfast was poor. Paid 12.50 for some scrambled eggs and a croissant. It was the last one. They did not refill. Poor selection of breakfast items. Way to expensive.

Location was good No AC and it was 30C in the room. It could be even unhealthy to stay there with how hot it is (keep in mind it was only 25C outside). Phone was not working.

It was cheap It was dirty in the corridors and lifts, shower door in my room half missing, wall heater in bathroom disconnected and rusty. Aircon in room useless, fan was provided but took noisy at night.,

Breakfast was good. The Airco didn't work, the balcony door didn't close, so it feels very unsafe to go to sleep. The curtain didn't close and was broken.

Great location and value for money. No room aircon, lift needs upgrades, dark and smells and no restroom for the reception area.
