Location is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. You only get two coffee pods for free and then you have to pay.

The location is very good right in the centre of the main shopping area & restaurants. It’s a short walk to the railway station which is so convenient to the airport . The superior room was large & very comfortable, good bed & the en-suite was large & a great shower. The coffee machine was a nice addition but for a four star hotel I thought it incredibly mean to only provide coffee (2 capsules) paper cups for one night ( we were staying 3 nights ) you had the option to pay for more capsules from the fridge but would have to be an annoying guest & ask everyday for more paper cups. There were no little extras in the bathroom, a shower cap would have helped ( if I had known I could have brought my own Over all a comfortable stay but more like 3 star

Street view and air conditioning. Excellent location for the train station and local visitor attractions. Comfortable public areas to relax in. Only one easy chair. Overly expensive bottle of water on offer.

The location is outstanding - right in the heart of the restaurants, the station and shopping district. The staff were all very professional and friendly and the room was excellent. Underground parking was very useful - overall I’d highly recommend All good

The hotel was clean and nice, Ina very good location. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The hotel was very expensive, not even water you get with the cost.

Very clean, excellent location, beautiful decor and vinyl floors instead of unhygienic carpets in the rooms. Staff are cold and aloof. Very transactional atmosphere - On our first morning we slept until 11am due to jet lag and our room was then not serviced even though we put the please service room sign on the door. Reception very unapproachable and need to work on people skills.
