Fantastic location between the train station and historic center. Fully equipped kitchenette even with salt+pepper, oven, induction cooktop and mini dishwasher. Pots & pans and quartz countertops too. Bed ultra comfy. Unlike airb&b, reception open and friendly. Fully air conditioned...a lifesaver in the 31°C (87°F) heatwave. A minor upgrade is due. Paint worn at door bottoms from mopping. Towels are way too old and frayed. Shower is frighteningly slippery and plain dangerous. Sofa had cigarette burn holes!?!?!!! (Don't they fine people for smoking in the room?) It should be mended. Refrigerated Truck delivery at 6am every morning was obnoxious, but I always sleep with the window open.

Location is excellent. Easy 5-6 minute walk from Centraal Station. 20 minute walk to historic center. One of the best equipped kitchenettes I've ever stayed at. They had salt & pepper! And paper towels too. Induction cooktop was awesome. Bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept very well. Jumbo, Lidl and Albert Heijn supermarkets are all a close walk. I saved a fortune by preparing my meals. Reception was open long hours. No dicey airbnb digital checkin. During the heatwave, air conditioning was great. Not much was bad but they could do a few minor maintenance fixits. Wood at doors was delaminating due to heavy water use for mopping. No table at bedside...I moved the small sofa table there. The sofa had 3 cigarette burns on the cushion. Isn't there a huge fine for smoking? Though there was no cigarette smell.

Nice location. Room size , balcony, clean bathroom No service. Even if u booked a hotel size room you are put under renting apartment umbrella and gives changing bed or coffee or other refills once 7 days if you ask I'm whatsapp they force you to pay 25 euro extra. Booked a double bed deluxe room not apartment (without kitchen) for 3 nights. They refuse to remake bed or refill coffee on the 3rs day.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (excellent and silent airconditioning !). The kitchen is also well equipped. The showerhead stand was loose and could not be adjusted. Also the water from the shower was only hot for a short time, then went cold, then went hot, then cold, and so forth.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations Everything was perfect

Free coffee and drinks at reception and in the room Room is well furnished and has needed kitchen stuff Bed and pillows are super comfy! Free laundry room was a plus! They won't check you in before 3 PM, but you can leave the bags and there was clean bathroom to use. Wifi is available but not good In the night, there was thunderstorm and a lot of rain, the toilet overflew and water came out (so don't stay in lower floors if it might rain!) Children policy should be clear and managed by booking reservation. When I add my 1.5 yrs toddler, Booking add another Family room! So Booking, you need to fix your software bug please Note: I didn't get any issue with my toddler and didn't pay anything extra, but the reception asked my that he wasn't added in the reservation.

Big room with lounge area, kitchenette area and huge bathroom. It was neat.
-
Bit of a musty smell in elevators and corridors.
-
The smell in the stait case and downstairs. Slow elevators but that is details. Everything else was perfect

Excellent location near central station.

The location is perfect, close to the train station and restaurants. The reception charged me for a baby crib that I didn't use. I explained that there wasn't even a crib in the room, we only used the sofa bed for the children. She replied that using the sofa bed also incurs a charge. It feels strange to be charged for using a standard facility that is already included in the room. So we paid 25 euro for that. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready. We had to wait 15 minutes, which was ok for us. The cleaning lady was surprised when we came in.

Very good and central location
-
Very large room. It was clean. Apparently the room was not used for a while: There was sewer smell in the bathroom, but went away after a while
-
A bit noisy A/C and entrance doors
-
It’s super near the central station, the room was amazing and the staff was great
-
The breakfast selection was too small.

The hotel and facilities were all great. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, clean bathroom and quiet. The kitchen had all the bits and pieces needed. The hotel and was great, however I have asthma and found some of the cleaning products used or the carpet in the hallway getting to my room aggravated my condition. That put a bit of a down spin on my trip. We were also confronted by a homeless person two doors down but felt very safe once we got inside.

The smell in the room was awful (sewer smell), it came from the bathroom. We did not get a good feeling
