Location is the only good thing about this hotel AC didn't work at any point. We them made a complaint at the reception before heading out and they said they will attend to getting it fixed or provide us a fan. After we returned it was still not working the person at the reception said there is no fan and no other room available to offer us. He was very rude to us regardless of us being the customer. We requested for a refund, to then then he responded he will show us TWO other available rooms. Though we moved to another room the ac still didnt work.

Big room, and comfortable bed The shower drain was clogged and contained mold. The wifi was sometimes very slow and our devices disconnected a lot.

Location is very close to the station. Large bed. Housekeeping would wake you as early as 9:20am and if you missed them they would usually not return. Shower tray would not drain as quickly as it needed to and risked flooding with more than a short shower.

Good location, right near the railway station. The TV went off when we switched the light off. The small fridge didn't work. The room smelled of drains. The air conditioning didn't work. Poor value for money, we don't think enough staff were employed.

Location was very good Air condition was not working most of the time, and the personnel's attempts to make it work were not very efficient. I had to inform about it about ten times. Cleanness could be better. No tea in the room.

Excellent breakfast, great location, very clean hotel. Unfortunately the air conditioning failed and it was a very hot day/night. Also we had bed bugs in our room and I was bitten quite badly leaving blood spots on the sheets. This is not a reflection on the cleanliness of the hotel, which was spotless, but they will have been brought in by the previous guests. We were not offered compensation but were moved to another room. I'm not sure if the staff would have been able to compensate any way
