I have stayed there many times, and never had any complaints. Breakfast was not too substantial.

No option to regulate ac only on and off

The location is absolutely perfect. We were travelling by car and we chose this hotel because it has parking. I wrote the facility after booking to ensure this and I was simply told to arrive early to secure a spot. We did. Once we arrived we were told that our car is too big for their parking (we have a very normal family car) and we had to put it in the parking house for 28 euro per day. The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom and there was no ventilation system in place. The locker room to leave luggage on the day we left is full with broken lockers and the staff was not at all helpful.

Great breakfast, big room with inner garden. Ideal location, next to the central station, tourist street and chocolate museum.

For ease of access to the main train station the location was great. Not the normal type of hotel. Boutique type with many narrow corridors etc Staff were lovely breakfast was good. Not a great location, a little rough but I didn't feel unsafe. Could get hot in the summer I am sure. Too many crazy corridors that I got lost once or twice, if you are not solid from a mobility perspective I would not recommend this hotel

Room was a twin however it was so small that a person could not walk to one side of the bed. Room was exceptionally basic. did not have breakfast. Location is busy See above answer

After seeing a bunch of reviews from 6-7 years ago on the day I was going to check in, I was worried about bedbugs and considered getting another place. However, I checked thoroughly and there was no sign of them and the room was nice. The location is ideal by the train station and they had a luggage room.

Very near to Central Station and stores. There is no shampoo and conditioner.

Location beside the central station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Unsafe to walk late midnight since there is a lot of people approaching and asking for money.

No hot water. Was brushed off by staff when I complained. No soap in dispensers, safe was not usable, tv remotes need new batteries. I insisted about the lack of hot water and an employee came to check and had to change rooms. Overpriced because of location.
