Location for what we needed to stay for . The hotel was under renovation we had no water throughout the hotel , no bathroom facilities . The rooms were dusty and dirty Electrical cables hanging drilling throughout . Sauna and gym area closed Staff were rude and totally fed up with the situation .i have raised a complaint and compensation

Good location. The windows cannot be opened, the air conditioner did not work, so it was hot. At 8 in the morning, continuous drilling started in the room next door, so it was impossible to sleep. There was no warning about this, we would not have booked the hotel. Everything in the bathroom is worn out, rusty and dirty.

The hotel has no windows, which is why the room is terribly stuffy. It is especially difficult to sleep at night. The climate control system does not provide ventilation in the room. This problem is felt as soon as you enter the hotel, despite the fact that the doors are often opened and the lobby is aired. This was the biggest drawback of this hotel, which nullified all the other positive aspects.

The staff and reception team were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of fresh options. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty and did not feel properly cleaned. It triggered my allergies from the first day, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Good location, clean, safe and close to my interests. Vincent from the reception was the highlight from out stay, and the breakfast was good. We had 32 degrees during our stay and the airco wasn’t working, the windows did not open, so we could not sleep. We were really tired and unfortunately due to the lack of comfort we had an awful night at mercure.
