A real home away from home feel with hosts that have gone the extra mile on all fronts including brilliant tourist tips and incredible breakfasts. The in-house coffee shop adds further.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It was nice to have an option for an overnight garage. The breakfast was also delicious. Additionally, having AC during the heatwave was a major plus. Nothing

What a great experience staying at 22b&b! The hosts were wonderful and so helpful, and always on site. The room was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was a big surprise, so delicious, varied, and plentiful. They'll even make you an espresso drink or 2 from their beautiful coffee shop/market integrated into their building. You can eat or just relax in their private courtyard which is like a green oasis and also has a fish pond. You'd never know you were in the city.

The room was spacious, and included a couch and chairs. It was very clean and quiet. The hosts were friendly and flexible. They let us check in early and helped us with finding a laundromat and public transportation. They pointed out places to visit in Antwerp. The breakfast offered eggs cooked to order, and had a good variety of other tasty items. The view from the breakfast room was of a small pond with fish and foliage around it. Beautiful.

The b&b is located in a quiet suburb and the city centre and it's many attractions are easily reached on foot or by trams that can be located in many of the surrounding streets. Nothing

The room was excellent everything you could need catered for. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast lovely. The stairs! We were incredibly grateful that our bags were carried up the two flights. The second being a very steep spiral staircase.

Breakfast was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable, with a wonderful bed.

The owners were lovely and gave us great advice on places to visit during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are decorated with lovely details. We highly recommend it!

Didn't use the breakfast, because I had other plans in the morning. The owners were really nice and the service (parking, information..) awesome! Everything was fine :).

This was our family's second stay at 22b&b and as expected, Ingrid and Piet were simply amazing. They are so welcoming and warm and friendly- this property is the model for which other bed and breakfasts should follow! We stayed in the family room with our 16 year old daughter and it was FABULOUS! We (the parents) had a lovely, comfy bed and large sitting area, with couch and three chairs, overlooking a lovely outdoor patio. Our bathroom had a gorgeous shower with a glass wall adorned with plants behind it-- I can't even explain the beauty. Our daughter had her own separate bedroom with her own half bath so she could have her privacy as well. This family room was huge and honestly bigger than some apartments where I have lived! The breakfast is delicious and so much attention is paid to make sure there is something for everyone-- eggs and fresh bread with more flavors of jam than you can count, along with fresh juice and other pastries, yogurt and lovely fruit and multiple kinds of granola You are fine if you're a vegan, or gluten free, or a meat lover or a cheese enthusiast and or if you just want chocolate puff cereal. I have never seen so many flavors of tea in my life. Thank you for a lovely, warm visit. We hated to leave! But we will see you again!!
