Van der Valk Hotel Park Lane Antwerpen

First of all, we chose this hotel mainly because of the wellness facilities and they definitely did not disappoint us. It had everything we needed (swimming pool, a hot tub, and two saunas) The whole hotel was beautiful, very clean, and smelled lovely. Our room was also very nice and tidy as well. However, what we will remember the most is the kind and very human approach of the staff. Unfortunately we had a situation at the hotel where medical assistance had to be called. All the staff members we met during our stay were very helpful, kind, understanding, and willing to help us in every way. Unfortunately, we do not know your names, but we would like to thank you once again ! We are definitely planning to come back under better circumstances!

I'm visiting Antwerp often for work and this hotel is my absolute favorite! The staff is super helpful, the bar is great & the wellness/gym & pool are amazing. The location is also great for exploring the city. The only point is the older airconditioning in the front building. There are two options, the front building, or the backside of the building. I assume the back is newly build, so the airco units are more updated. This means you can set the fan speed manually. The front building is a bit older, so it's either fully on or off. Which can be noisy at night.

Very comfortable, clean place, amazing breakfast, friendly staff We enjoyed the restaurant in general, but once we ordered pasta with pesto. Well, according to the staff, it was home made pasta and home made pesto. But it was not, it was just ready-to-serve products, I know because I'm cooking and organising cuisine activities. I could complain of course, but my husband did not want to do that (pasta was his choice) .. Please, be honest with guests on these details. It is not so difficult to make pesto or just add fresh basil , pinoli and parmezan to the ready pesto spread.

Excellent hotel. Just outside the centre but easy access in. Fantastic room, very clean and comfortable bed. Staff were amazing, the breakfast was superb and the pool and spa were excellent. Would definitely recommend Nothing
