The location, calm just outside the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. Good options for parking. The receptionist and the staff in general. The receptionist was informative but neither polite or welcoming. He hurried and chose the currency when we were paying for the room. Only after I asked why he did that he gave an explanation, that it is better to pay in Euro, the local currency, to avoid extra taxes. That is true, however this information should be given prior to charging customers card and not choosing for the customer yourself.

Friendly staff, good value, location is decent but it’s also not a big city and a 10-15 minute walk to everything.

The staff in this particular radisson have been very helpful, welcoming and the best to deal with in my trip. There was something I didn’t like about my bathroom and happily they changed it and it was much better. I won’t be returning to Antwerp in the future however I do rate this as a great place to stay. Easy to get to on the 24 tram from the station and then behind the hotel se the docks with some great eateries, bars and further up down cool places to see, museums/ MAS museum. Nothing.

We booked because of the parking which was under the hotel and easy to use. 21 euros which we knew about. Very comfortable bed and good WiFi and TV with news channels in English. Great breakfast and a nice location close to harbour and walkable to historic centre. We were able to check in early. Highly recommended Nothing.

The property is well located, really new, a fun deco, really clean and really big. The price was good, the staff was nice and polite. The self-checkin was available, easy to use and it worked! There is nothing that I didn’t like
