A lot of noise in the night, couldn't contact the staff in the night,

Nothing We booked this place because it was advertised with a parking lot, but there were no instructions at all. We had to rely on a local who told us to park on the street, and the next morning we ended up with a ticket because of a temporary ban sign. This is unacceptable, as proper parking information should have been clearly provided. The room itself was no better. One of the beds had a completely worn-out, sagging mattress that is obviously long overdue for replacement. Sleeping on it gave me back pain in the morning, and it shows that the owners simply do not care about guest comfort. The shower was also terrible, with very low water pressure. Overall, this place feels neglected, misleading in its listing, and not worth the stay.

Easy access, spacious room, basic amenities available (plate, 2 forks, 2 spoons, pan and glasses), comfortable mattress, and clean linen. Loud noises, no sound insulation. The room was very damp and humid, there was no proper ventilation in the bathroom and all the humidity would go into the room. Because of this, there was black mold in the room and you can smell it in the air. For this room there were 2 beds, there was no power outlet for the lamp on the nightstand between the beds. The light at the kitchen stove vent did not stay on once pressed. Windows were full of mold and dirt as well, as shown in the attached photos.

Great value for money, very basic but not a problem. Easy to get too and easy access to trams or Donkey bikes and Lime scooters. The hot water only lasts 20 mins then needs to refill for 20-30 mins before it can be used again

Very spacious apartment with all amenities to cook, clean and see Antwerp for great value. Staff on hand to help with any problems Heating didn't quite work so required electrical plug-ins, single beds are as you see and not made for luxury

. Very dirty, dangerous location, staff gave me the wrong room and I had to ask 3/4 times before they gave me the one I paid for. Expensive for how bad it was.

Private garage even though it cost 15EUR, at least the car was safe. We have been rebooked to a different site last minute, which was low quality, damp and loud. Ended up 5of us sleeping in the same apartment as the kids were very scared. Very disappointed.
