I liked the location and the size of the rooms. When I checked in and went to the room, my first impression was that the room feels old. The bigger problem was that the ventilation system in the bathroom was making a noise like an airplane was landing there, I realized I could not sleep like that. A staff member came up only to tell me it cannot be fixed and it’s like that in all rooms. When I started getting upset they showed me a different room, which was much quieter, which I agreed to. I stayed for 2 nights and my room was never cleaned. I called three times to make sure the cleaning is happening, was told it will happen before 5pm. I came back to the room after 9pm to find the room untouched. Breakfast was fine but the tables were not getting cleaned on Sunday and I had to move dirty plates myself to clear a table to sit at. The general attitude of the staff is “it is what it is, get over it”, which is odd for a 4* hotel.

Good location and good sized room Probably expected a nicer hotel for a Raddison and one of the staff members were not so helpful which was fine but treated us as if we were annoying, however the others were lovely so that made up for it.

Everything

Great location, nice pool esp after very hot day, great AC in rooms, quiet rooms. Great sheets Nothing.
-
Gym was a little tired, and it's a shame the wheel blocks most of the view of the station.
-
Great location and close to what I wanted A/C in the room did not work. Had to get a fan for the room and keep the windows open to be able to sleep. Very expensive parking.
-
The rooms were clean. Towels were old, no extra toiletries etc.

Nicolette from Front Desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Location is convenient. Trendy chair and bench in the guest room. the Ferries Wheel obstructs the view of Antwerp station but not the fault of the hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable bar/lounge.

The service was great. Each staff member was friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday and they made effort to make my stay nice, they made handwritten card and left cookies near my room door. They also were very friendly with allowing leaving our baggage before and after check in/out. Location is amazing! Just nearby the station and the chocolate factory museum, not too far from the city center.

The room was nice and had a nice view. The breakfast was very good with a nice view, too. The lobby bar area is comfy and cosy. I was disappointed by the room cleaning service (1 day we had no cleaning at all and one day we had no towels) and the cleanliness of the gym and spa area should be improved.

The welcome was frustrating. Not being able to park was disappointing.

it was perfect location and place stay antwerp nothing

Rooms are clean and the hotel staff was wonderful. Antwerp Central is very close to the hotel. My only complaint of the room would be the bathroom having only half the tub blocked by glass and no door. This allows water to splash outside of the tub when taking a shower. I know this is common in Europe but not all showers are like this.

We had drinks and food in the bar one night. This was pleasant and not too expensive. Room needed an extra level of cleaning. We carry wipes with us anyway but floors and bedside surround needed sanitising. Toilets downstairs in public bar area were quite honestly disgusting. They need more attention and often. Attempted to buy bagels in the cafe downstairs one morning but they apparently had sold out by 10.30! It is a shame actually as it is not a bad hotel.

The breakfast location is superb! The rooms are okay, not stunning. The welness facilities were not all working good. The welness facilities were not all working good.

Inside the room so hot we can’t sleep good

The pool is cute, but just too small. It fills up as soon as there are 6 people in it. The room was clean, but dusty. There were stains on the carpet.
