Via Antwerp

Everything was great: location, staff, room. Considering that most part of EU was suffering from the heat - this hotel has air conditioner. Which was a great plus. Tea, coffee, water in a room were available.

The place was nice. I was surprised that it did not include breakfast and breakfast was actually pretty expensive (21€)

It is new and relatively clean. The reception is terrible, they requested us to pay deposit on top of our payment (which was not mentioned anywhere, and which I believe a totL non-sense for the first place even to ask for a deposit whenever you rent a room in a hotel!), that they NEVER RETURNED BACK, already almost a week passed!!!! We are waiting for the return of the deposit which was 150 euro, and to me the situation is completely annoying. The reception staff was completely incompetent and it took a long time for them to figure out how to deal with the system of registration. Plus keep in mind that ridiculous deposit request.

The corridor is poorly lit, creating an eerie and unwelcoming atmosphere. The hotel is also quite far from Antwerp train station and several popular attractions, so guests may want to consider using public transportation instead of walking.

Gorgeous hotel! Fabulous view, fabulous location close to great things, new, great spacious room. Cant wait to come back!

Good AC. Clean. Comfy. Quite spacious. Nice shower. Behind the hotel is a nice area. Check in was very slow.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything is brand new and modern! Super clean. Also loved restaurant and the breakfast. Highly recommend it!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly. This is our second stay here. We are very satisfied. The location is a bit far from the city center, but I don't think you can find this quality and comfort anywhere else. I'd just like to request a makeup mirror in the rooms, because the mirror behind the bathroom door isn't good enough. It's too dark to do makeup. :) We know you've improved the breakfast buffet. We're expecting hot breakfast items, greens, tomatoes, olives, and more! :)

150€ deposit should be indicated more visibly in booking page however I should indicate that I haven’t had any problem about refund.

Beautiful property with clean and comfortable rooms, lovely restaurant and staff.

The lobby & restaurant were very well designed and the rooms were very efficient space wise. The staff was friendly and very helpful! The steps from the top bunk to the floor were poor and it hurt to go up and down sometimes having to miss a step and jump. The walls of the room are quite thin, resulting in noise late at night due to returning guests.

It was a bit noisy, and one or two essentials missing in the room

Soundproofing in the room didn't exist. Can hear any noise from other guests. Noisy street. It's impossible to sleep. Would be great to get notified about the security deposit beforehand and not on the spot.
