Great location, beautiful courtyard area,and lounge areas lovely clean rooms with great city views Our triple room for 3 adults, had frosted glass on toilet walls and no curtain (twin rooms did have curtain) but mentioned this to reception and solution found straight away ...great customer service

Location near antwerp centraal station but in a quieter section. Everything in the room had been thought throw. Comfie bed, fridge, air con, hooks to hang gear, quiet location, welcoming reception, nice area to either chill out or be social in large reception area. Gym, book. Good value for money. Also keypad so no issue with keys for several people to the room. Laundry was out of action and was not informed untill we asked after checkin and was told it will be out for weeks.

Good breakfast, beautiful room with nice decoration The smell from the toilet to the bedroom, that was the only problem. And I think it will be better if you're able to do something about it.

Oven to bake pizza etc and microwave to warm our own food made a world of difference!!!! Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! Grafitti style decor is unwelcoming (carpet had middle finger/hand with all seeing eye was off putting) I appreciate the importance of sustainability however not cleaning the room for 3/4 days is a little much because for example the toilets need cleaning daily or at least every two days as guests don’t have access to cleaning products so if cleaning is required we still have to wait for a number days which from a hygiene perspective (especially for females as we sit on the toilet seat) it can easily lead to infections…
