Breakfast was great, large buffet and lots of a la carte options. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Cosy bar. Wonderful restaurant Bar Bulot, good food and service! Close to down town. I liked everything, maybe the breakfast a bit too pricy!

Exceptionally exclusive ambience, set within a former monastery. Beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The spa is exquisite, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was truly remarkable. It’s quite a busy hotel, with many events taking place, so it can feel a bit crowded at times — naturally, given its central location.

Beautiful property at a great location in the city center of Antwerp. All the city’s main attractions are within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and the rooms are wonderful. Loved their breakfast. Also Henry’s Bar is definitely worth a visit The spa facilities are wonderful, the only downside is it was quite crowded when we visited during the weekend.

Good breakfast with excellent service from the staffs of the hotel. Hotel location is wonderful as it is within walking distance to food, shopping and transportation hub in Antwerp. A place for car park would have made it more lovelier. Other than that, no other comments on this part.

The location and room are very comfortable reception staff very good , didn’t like my first room as I was used to a certain type of rooms she made the effort and changed my room thank you . Breakfast is very good . Concierge top Nothing

Beautiful converted monastery and hospital in a lovely central part of Antwerp. The staff are charming and helpful and the food is delicious, particularly the breakfast. Wonderful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. No long mirror in the bedroom!

Very nice hotel, I think this is the one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited. I took the Deluxe room and there was a nice bath and a lot of room in the bathroom. Food was good. I can't say that it was amazing but good. 1. The price is too high. Yes, the hotel is nice, but from my point of view not worth this money. 2. The breakfasts were poor. Yes, you can find all usually dishes, but not €130 for couple. 3. The service was normal, but not enough for the Hotel with position - The Leading Hotels of the World and so high price. Sorry, but there was too much misunderstanding, miscommunication, there was no possible to order something to the room. QR codes in the room were damaged, and I was promised to fix this issue, but nothing was done. Night alarm, something was broken... 4. If you are guest with child and want to visit SPA in the weekend - it is possible only before AM and After 6 PM. Outrageous! It is time when or we are sleeping, or we are preparing for the dinner. For the price €600 without food for night I can't visit SPA with my child)) Really? 5. To keep my car is €65 per night. What? €600 for staying is not enough??? 6. Be ready if you want to eat inside, the bill for the 3 night will be around €2K. And it is in only one restaurant, 'Bistro' that available in the Hotel. And this is price without alcohol, and something extra. Just salad, main course, desert and water. 7. The final accord – I was charged one extra breakfast. It is mistake, but all together is bitter aftertaste. To make a cash back, I was forced to make around 10 calls and spend 7 days for the negotiation. The first reaction was - sent us the photo of your bill to make sure that you pay this amount. What??? You have everything, all bills, my ID, my card information! What conformation you want?? It was not professional. Unfortunately.
