Everything about the apartment was great. Very modern and spacious. I loved relaxing in the bath with the magnesium salts they supplied. :) Everything in the apartment was great we liked everything

access was easy Our apartment wasn't like what was shown on Booking.com, no windows to outside except via bedroom which was on ground floor with people on sidewalk walking past the window. No balcony / outdoor area as shown on Booking.com. Weird long glass window joining up the bedroom with a sort of social drinks / conference room. Fortunately the conference room wasn't used while we were there, but I've never experienced such a room as this before. Lights in living area and kitchen had tripped before our arrival, so our first night was darkly lit. No kitchen-sized garbage can. Small TV. Poor building security. Shared feedback, 4 days later no comment from host.

Beautiful bank building with lovely theme and decor. Close walk into the old town. Nice shower. Cool old elevator. We had some problems not getting the digital key to our room, just the outer door. With no live people, we were lucky to get a timely online response for help.

Marvelous place, even better than the photos. Would love to stay longer next time.

The location is amazing in the center of the city with walking accessibility to everything from restaurants, coffees, shopping and attractions. Nothing else is required , this is a perfect place

A beautiful apartment in a great location! Perfectly furnished, really clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the history of the building too, especially the old wooden staircase and lift. The building felt really secure, we loved the digital keys that made it so easy to get in and out. Great secure parking too. The check in process was really easy and the online staff very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here, it was the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Antwerp! There was nothing that we didn’t like. There were roadworks in the street below, but we were not disturbed at all over the weekend.

Tasteful design Good location All things there to prepare ones own meals Genius keylock via access link

Good location, although the full street was in renovation works - and hence messy and noisy They are completely ‘automated’, so no physical staff. It works, but I would have preferred they would have one staff member at reception.

Hello, the apartment is incredibly beautiful and very well equipped. However, during the night, there is noise in the corridors and doors slam. But this does not take away from the extraordinary time spent in your establishment. We will definitely come back.

I liked everything in the house and the room. The cleanliness is perfect. Everything you need is available. Everything works properly. I will gladly return again and recommend it to others. The location is in the center, everything is within walking distance. Thank you to the staff for their courtesy. Yes, they are changing the pavement right outside the entrance, and yes, in Belgium, construction workers start their day at 6 AM, and sometimes they don’t show up at all. But this is something no one can be protected from anywhere, so it’s just something you have to accept in this country, unfortunately. The hotel and staff are not to blame for this :)

Perfectly situated on a peaceful street, just a short walk from Antwerp’s central station, the cathedral, and the historic city center, with plenty of museums, landmarks, and restaurants nearby. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle to offer a relaxing stay, while still being close enough to enjoy the vibrant city atmosphere. The building exudes unique charm, with the old elevator being a real highlight — it’s a treat to use. Inside, the design is both stylish and spacious. The room comes equipped with all the modern comforts, including a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need for a day or extended stay. We especially appreciated the personal touch of a handwritten welcome note from John, the hotel manager, who was incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions. It made us feel truly welcome and added to the relaxed atmosphere of our stay. A fantastic place to stay in Antwerp — it’s the kind of spot where you can easily settle in and feel at home. Actually: nothing!

Gorgeous! Enjoyed it all -including the very cool elevator. The road was completely closed and torn up due to reconstruction work which was a slight inconvenience, but we saw this in other areas of the city as well. It was a surprise that neither bathroom was actually fully en-suite, though the facility worked out fine, the master was beautiful but the toilet was in the hall. The second bathroom was huge and plush and nearly the same size as the second bedroom which was far smaller than the master.
