Excellent , helpful reception staff, secure car parking (27€ )and close to the old harbour basin and 20 minutes walking from the centre .Room was nice with good WiFi , tv and bathroom facilities. Hotel is busy at breakfast time , more breakfast staff would have helped .

I really like the hotel’s location, and the rooms are clean. The staff is normally welcoming. I don't like that there is no mini-fridge in the room with at least a bottle of water for the night. There are also no slippers, and the breakfast is very poor, with very little choice. For a hotel of this size and with such a great location, they should make much more effort to improve several aspects of the guest experience.

The location was perfect for us. A short bus or tram ride to the centre, or a 20 min walk. The area around the hotel is very pretty and there are lots of places to eat around the marina. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Love having a kettle! The breakfast was great - loads of choice. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing
