Location and staff !

Balcony nice, nice small tv with option to connect via wifi to phone, comfy bed, hot shower and clean room. The bathroom was small in a way that you can't open the shower doors when the bathroom door is closed. The connection of the wifi from the tv was not consistent, reconnecting was a hassle.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was lovely, near the docks and there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. It's a bit of a walk to the centre but entirely do-able if you enjoy the exercise. The hotel does not have a restaurant, though there is a comfortable bar in the lobby which serves breakfast with a discount for hotel guests. The hairdryer and tissue dispenser in the bathroom were dirty. Though the rest was fine. The bar in the lobby closed earlier that I expected. Check with reception if you expect to have a nightcap.

Since hotel night box system problem, I can not stay the first night in hotel, but hotel did not agree to waive the first day charge.

Generally a good hotel. Room was a little small but satisfactory. Did run into some plumbing issues which I reported. Breakfast was well provided. The "modern" touch could use an update and maintenance is getting due but nothing too serious at the moment. I would return again. Plumbing issue. Bed lamp switch bad contact.

The hotel offers exactly what you can expect from Docklands: a convenient location, not too far from the museums and the harbor. Additionally, the generous breakfast in the morning ensures a great start to the day. The rooms could definitely use a refresh and a thorough renovation. The decor is basic and functional but lacks modern comfort and contemporary touches. Little to no updates have been made in the past ten years, or perhaps even longer.

The room was a bit small, the bathroom was also small. The mattress on the bed was not the best quality and thus, not very comfortable. You could feel the springs.

All from greeting, to room to breakfast to checkout. Pleasure to be there. Limited parking,.

Bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel for a long time. The location was great for the MAS museum and Sportspalis as it was only the other side of a park and saved crowding onto the tram after the show had finished. Balcony was a great feature but my stay was during the depths of December so I wasn't able to benefit fully. The room felt a bit dated and the table lights were red plastic which made me wonder if I'm meant to be sitting in the window or something.

Overall good hotel. Good beds, rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast has plenty of options. Staff is friendly. The self service bar is great. There were some plumbing issues in the hotel during our stay. This was resolved during our stay (there were plumbing service vehicles outside the hotel)

Great location is looking for a stay in Antwerp City as per leisure purpose as per business purpose. The hotel is located in the Eilandje close to port or business area of the City while still relatively close to the center. Room was small but enough for a business trip and solo traveler.
