NOTHING!! it is a scam!! no aircon they use fans that DO NOT WORK!! the rooms are absolutely tiny. lied about refunding us when we had to claim a refund to find elsewhere to stay and also the lift doesn’t work so if you have suitcases you need to take them up a massive flight of stairs. they also blocked my number after telling me they had processed a refund. my friend had a panic attack in the room it was that hot and they didn’t care. DO NOT book this hotel!!!

Reception was a bit like a prison with us needing to be 'buzzed' in and out. Was offered a 'free' cup of coffee in a busy Reception area in the morning but would have preferred a kettle in the room. Lots of mosquitos in our room (due to big holes in the fly screen) and counted 35 bites the next morning. Will not visit this hotel (or Antwerp) again..

Lovely quiet location next to the KMSKA . Just a short tram ride to the historical district. Clean room and comfy bed . The staff were very friendly and helpful. All good

Really lovely spot to see different parts of the city. 30 minutes walk to old town. Lots of lovely bars along the way. Friendly staff
