We really enjoyed our stay at T&T! The host is so friendly and courteous and also super good at English! Location is perfect, rooms clean and we felt super welcomed from the very first minute we arrived! Wifi connection was poor, we had a room on first floor and there was barely any Wifi. If you’re traveling for work or expect good wifi I would recommend asking for a room on first floor or rely on you sim cards data!:)

the owner was friendly & accommodating upon arrival (said, he will just cancel our booking & we can pay in cash for our stay!) so we did! We liked the deluxe double room, but found the other room- dark, the walls had mounds, no warm shower, and the bed linen was dirty & smelled like smoke. We couldn’t sleep from the neighbors dogs -they were barking loudly almost all night! The morning we got billed for our breakfast (overpriced, almost double as anywhere prior -like you’d be in Europe, €30 for 3 omelette & coffee) & previously it was not mentioned the cost would be so high - we felt cheated, as the price was not pointed anywhere (no breakfast card or nothing) after i tried to speak with the owner to get resolution and then he was not so friendly anymore. It was a huge disappointment (as the place looked good on booking, but the customer service felt awful, given the situation!)

I was looking for cheap place and for that T&T is good value. Great as well the lift I got at the end to the railway station. It's a big far from everything.

The place is simply amazing. I must make it a point to write about the owner. Mr. Kuray is an amazing person who is a professional in the business. We were treated really well. The food, the ambiance, the room and the services were way over the expected level for the price. I think it is the best place to stay on Budget if you are travelling to Anuradhpura.

we had a good stay at this hotel. The owner is amazing and kind. He will try to arrange evertything for you and help wherever he can. the rooms are clean and simple. Even though the crisis here at the moment made most tourists stay away, I am very happy we stayed in this clean, cosy hotel nearby the hotspots of Anuradhapura. the only thing I didn’t like was the dog of the family walking free in the hotel. it’s normal in Sri Lanka and I got used to it. I will come back

The rooms are really basic, but as this place is super cheap that’s alright and you even get a/c which is great. The owner and host really makes all the difference. He is very polite and professional and provides a great service with drinks, juices, snacks and food and he‘s just a really nice guy.

Clean comfortable rooms at an affordable rate. A few basics were missing, like drinking water in the room, soap, and toilet paper. I believe I was the only guest. Perhaps in times when it’s more crowded they offer a bit more service, like morning coffee or breakfast. When I arrived, the lobby was locked, and while someone showed up quickly after I called through the Corridors, it was a bit clear that they weren’t really prepared for guests these days. Let’s blame it on the downturn of the tourist economy and give these guys a chance, as the space was quite nice.

The best place to stay in Anuradhapura. Amazing location & breakfast. The Rooms are very comfortable. The owner is such a kind and lovely person ??
