Shattel was sooooo bad !!! And breakfast wasnt good, the washroom had a bad smell, the room had alot of ants and mosquitos

It was definitely an experience more than a normal stay, you really feel you’re in the middle of nature.. As I said, it was an experience but at certain times it was a bit overwhelming to move around the resort.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely and the inside of the huts were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was great. Very clean and has a stunning view. We found it inconvenient at times to wait for the shuttle to take us to or from our hut. We had to wait longer than expected a few times. Some the facility is run down and need of some tlc. But for the price this place was great.

The staff was friendly. The shuttle service within the resort isn't effective. Sometimes the wait was excessive, also the ride itself is harsh because of the terrain and the fact that it's on a mountain side. The staff did however recommend calling the shuttle 10 mins in advance. The shuttle to the main street was very limited, and Grab in aonang doesn't work so much, unfortunately the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle back to it. It took some time for the ac to cool the room during the hot days. Bed was too firm almost rock-like. We asked for a solution and the hotel offered another layer of matters cover to soften. It helped a little, but a better mattress is expected. Lastly, could've done more to keep the breakfast area bee-free.

I didn’t like that you have to wait for a driver to take you to and from your room. If you are inpatient like me it isn’t enjoyable. You aren’t able to walk to and from your room. The wait for the driver to take you to and from your room.

I'd recommend it if you are looking to relax and have a chill holiday, it's easy to lose yourself in here ?

It is an unique experience where the hotel is placed in a forest/jungle. The hotel facilities are nice and the staff was helpful. The pool ciew is really beautiful. The distance from the reception, restaurant to the rooms can be quite long. There is a shuttle that can be used but sometimes it can take quite some time until it arrives. Walking to the rooms can be quite exhausting due to hills and the heat. We had some days where the room was not well cleaned and days where we had some bugs inside our room. They were on the floor, shower and some even in the bed. That is not something that you would like to see in your room. The staff quickly tried to fix this but the experience still sticked with us. Even though we had this experience, the hotel did not want to help us with a partial refund on another booking we had with them. This was one week later and in high season. It would have been nice for the hotel to understand this and at least try to do an exception from their policy. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

Beautiful property, the rooms were spacious and private. The amenities were stunning. The pool was wonderful and had the most spectacular views. The massage place on site was excellent. We are at the property several time and the food was excellent. Could not recommend enough. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach/downtown (~30 min) but they had shuttles that ran at schedules time points which were helpful.

Staff is lazy and not particularly interested in providing a good service or experience. Food is average or below average. Bonus points to the in-house restaurant for CLOSING AT 10:30pm. Even if they had the restaurant closed the entire day and only open at night, it would make far more sense. You have to account for anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes to get from your room to the reception due to lack of buggies to take you. The property, for it's size, is MASSIVELY understaffed. We booked a jacuzzi room, and the jacuzzi had not been cleaned prior to check-in. It had food and ants inside it and when we called the reception to help us operate the jacuzzi, instead of sending someone up right away, they called us back to try and instruct us over the phone (in Thai, by the way, which we do not speak of course). The photos look great and it is a 4-star on paper, but it is FAR from worth the price tag.

The pool was very nice The ad does not explain the room set up. The rooms are located on steep hills which are very tough to get up and down. They do provide a 24h shuttle however you have to wait. It was not very convenient to access your room.

The property is a giant garden of trees and flowers, just gorgeous! I love how lush and jungly it felt. The bathroom could’ve had a deeper cleaning.

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of a crazy area full of cars and tourists. The pool area is nice, but there are not enough chairs so you need to be there early to get one The massage I took was given by a trainee girl who was learning. I suggest that ALL your staff should be experienced enough in Thai massage because she hurt my hand and ear. It was not a pleasant experience and I had to deal with a swollen wrist for a couple of days. Please be more responsible with your clients. Better to say that you don't have enough people to work or be prepared for high season demands.

Amazing resort with great nature all around. The room was pretty big, and beatiful and lots of privacy. We tried two rooms and both of them were great, one with jakuzzi and one normal. Christmas decorations were not the best, but nowhere in krabi werent.

The whole place is beatiful like a jungle garden, never seen so beatiful hotel environment. We will definitely come back to this place. The breakfast was just OK. The music during the breakfast is like a funeral. It could have been a bit better. Still the lunch we ordered was very tasty. It's a bit far from the sea, but they have shuttle. No alcohol was sold unfortunately.
