The place is really nice and the staff is very friendly

Staff services Noise pollution - due to the good hotel price, there are a lot of Indian people and they are very loudly (culturally), so you can hear them chatting in the hall since 6am and at night when they arrive from their activities (like 11PM). As they are in groups with kids (I notice at least 3 groups during the hole period I stayed in the hotel), they let the doors open to speak with each other, so you can hear their voices louder than usual and kids running around the floor or rooms while the poor mothers can't control them. In addition after 9am the cleaners start doing their services and talking with each other, what's normal but uncomfortable if you want to sleep more.

The pool was decent. Staff is very friendly. Shuttle to the beach was nice. A bit of a walk to the beach. I think they just painted so the smell of paint was still there. Pool closed at 19:00 which seems a bit early.

The hotel is walkable to the restaurants and to the beach and the hotel offer shuttle to the beach few times a day, that was very nice offer. We loved the pool and it was a nice bonus that our room was a walk out to the pool The wall between the rooms were very thin and not sound proof at all, our last night stayed the room beside us had the tv on till 1am and we had to get up at 5am so we were not very happy about that

The pool was lovely, the breakfast great and quiet away from the main party scene. They forgot to leave us coffee in the room! The shower head had a life of its own!

The view of the mountains from the pool, the staff was nice but didn't rush to solve problems, the pool was sweet. We got a room on ground floor in front of the pool, the doors were see through completely which made it impossible for us to have any privacy and had to keep the curtains closed all day long, so we couldn't enjoy the room or view. I asked to swap a room and they gave us a lousy option when we booked a better room and said they gave us an upgrade so we should be thankful (they didn't, which is odd). Plus, it was noisy because it's not soundproof at all. All doors are from light wood and walls aren't thick at all- I heard our neighbors go to the toilet and do other business I had no business hearing. The toilet ventilation didn't work and there was always a bad sewerage smell. The location isn't amazing, l'd definitely take something closer to the beach but it wasn't very bad. All facilities were old and outdated, it wasn't value for money at all. Everything felt very used, but towels, which were nice (except for floor towel which wasn't nice either).

Friendly staff and great service. Good buffet breakfast and close to the shops. Room was smelly and the toilet seat was broken. The hotel does run shuttles to the beach (which is a 25 min walk) but the shuttles are not very frequent. My room also did not have any privacy as it was facing the pool, which gets quite busy during the day.

The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly; they gave us a welcome drink when we arrived and stored our luggage on the last day at no extra charge. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is great considering the usual hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. It has an incredible view, and the pool is very pleasant. The breakfast is not very complete, with little variety of fruits, and the coffee is not great. The only good thing is that there is someone making omelets and scrambled eggs fresh on the spot. The staff working in the breakfast area are also not very friendly.

We loved the pool area and enjoyed having a ground floor room! So convenient. Room was also clean and had good space for storage. Location was good and it was very quiet at night. The bathroom shower doesn’t have anything to keep the water in, so water leaks all over the bathroom when showering. Also, there were only charging outlets on one side of the bed. Not a huge deal but it was inconvenient.
