Friendly staff, beautiful setting. Lovely wood details everywhere. Its a well-cared for property. Easy enough to walk to town; takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. Mosquitoes. Couldn’t really sit outside to enjoy the scenery because mosquitoes were so bad.

Only that water not enough hot in shower ?? after pool on rainy day , would be so nice to take hot shower . But there a little warm water , felt a little cold all the time .

The little soap was not replaced after making the room so I ran out of the small bar of soap by the third day. Was too hesitant to go ask for more from the front reception but it was have made the experience a little better.

Wooden buildings were beautiful. When it was designed, it was done with great attention. Bed was broken - literally a huge spring missing on one side of the bed so it dipped. Window shades were broken. We complained and they fixed one of them. Signing for towels was a bit funny. It just felt like we are a money machine. Breakfast got great reviews but our experience was watery coffee and soggy potatoes. The fruit was good! But we went down the street for breakfast all the days after we tried the food. It was more expensive but at least quality. In reality Ao Nang wasn't what we expected or wanted. Too crowded and touristy. Not how I remember it 10 years ago and the hotel followed this trend.

Bed was very hard

The shuttle times were a bit restrictive as it ran only about 4-5 times a day

It is so beautiful I would have liked that the transport that The hotel's transportation to the beach will start earlier

The room was nice and comfortable. The area between the rooms, pool, breakfast area are full of trees and this gives a nice, private, rainforest sensation. We had breakfast at the hotel one of the days and it was good value for money. There were may restaurants within a short walk. We enjoyed our stay. Good value. We had no issue with bugs.

The Hotel (resort is a bit misleading term for a few dozen rooms grouped around a pool) had two main subjects: dark wood and green foliage. All is well maintained, looks very lush, and there's the pool just a few meters from your room in cabin style away. There's also four times a day a shuttle into downtown Ao Nang. The hotel's location is a tiny bit outside Ao Nang's main road, so walking from the hotel to the Railay.connection with the longtail boats would take probably more than 30 minutes walking, which is no fun in the plain sun. For this the hotel offers free shuttles at fixed four times. Alternatively a Grab ride is about 60 THB onway,

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Phu Pha. My children enjoyed the pool and we liked the greenery surrounding the resort. Easy walk to Ao Nang beach from here and close to all amenities.

Too far away from aonang beach.shuttle times didnt suit us.bit isolated,from the main shops.

Expensive but ok The pool area was not cleaned while we’re there. There was not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests Our tap in bathroom was hanging on and sprayed everywhere. The shower was not good you had to stand so far back to get wet as the head was literally sealed into place.

Hotel is not at the main road. It’s located in peaceful area. Parking is in front of hotel. We left the car here when going to stay overnight at Railay beach. Villa is good and comfortable. But our villa is near the pool and other guests outside are so loud and can hear when we are in the room and not stop until midnight.

A bit far from the beach although the surroundings of the location are still beautiful. They have a shuttle but it’s very infrequent
