My simple heart stays back at simple house ??

The property is very beautiful and aesthetic. Liked everything.

The room was great and always very clean. Breakfast was lovely, and having it while enjoying the beautiful view around us made the experience even more special. What truly stands out about this hotel, though, is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most welcoming people we have ever met. They speak excellent English and are always willing to help with anything you need. At the end of our stay, they even gave us a small elephant keychain as a souvenir. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it’s something I will never forget. I would happily stay at this hotel again and again. -

It’s close enough to the beach to be convenient, yet far enough away from the crowds to feel peaceful. There are two absolutely amazing restaurants just a stone’s throw from the property - The Smiling Buffalo and 11/1. The property seems to be managed by a lovely mom-and-daughter duo, who were incredibly sweet and kind. I’m pretty sure this is where I’ll stay on my next trip!

Property is located at a very good location. Very close to Ao nang beach and market street. Lot of food options around and markets Breakfast can be little better with some more options like eggs and sausages

What we loved about the hotel was the staff—they were so friendly, with fantastic English, and the place was spotless. The views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. On the other hand, the only downside was that the beach was about a 15-minute walk away. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, though, we would definitely recommend it, especially with all the lovely cafés nearby.

The location was amazing. Around a 20 minute walk to the beach and about five minutes walking from the town. The view of the mountain in the background was stunning, and the room was very big for two people. The ladies were so nice to us, and remembered every excursion we booked and asked us how they all went. After we checked out, they let us keep our bags in the lobby until we got back from our rock climbing trip around 7pm. I have nothing bad to say about it! It was perfect for what we were looking for.

it is in a quieter area and the background is a beautiful stone hill.. many green trees surrounding.. breakfast is so nice, room is spacious and the owner and staff were so kind.. I will be back! Nothing

The place is a very calm place and it was very clean. the host was very nice. That was an additional plus for me. It makes the stay more welcoming.

The rooms are very cozy and very spacious and the location was exceptional

Great location, walking distance to downtown but tucked away enough to be quiet. Wonderful people, we liked it so much we came back for a second stay during our trip to Thailand!

Excellent place to stay in a quiet back street in Ao Nang. We especially appreciated quiet location. Receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. Very good value accommodation with access to the kitchen an hearty breakfast. Rooms are very clean, spacious with perfect wifi speed.

The toilet has an odor, there’s house construction behind the garden that can sometimes be heard in the morning, it’s a bit remote but there’s a scooter rental shop nearby.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We stayed here 3 nights and everything was great! The room is super spacious and clean. The hotel is far enough from all the noise so it's peaceful. However, if you wanna go to the more lively area, it's walkable. The receptionist is super nice and she helped us book our tour and transport to the airport. The breakfast was simple but all we needed. The bed was comfortable too. Overall, highly recommend it!

Simple Clean Fridge and air conditioning Affordable Kitchen or common area opens at 7am and close at night.
