Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort Krabi

The pool is fantastic! Breakfast very good! Location great! Loved being in a poolside room, very convenient. Key card was a problem everyday. No water pressure at all.

אין חוף רחצה מסודר צמוד למלון, חשוב לקחת את זה בחשבון. הלובי/חדר האוכל והחדרים מעט מרוחקים אחד מהשני והמסדרונות בבניין פתוחים וללא מיזוג, בילינו במלון במשך שבוע והדרך הלוך חזור היתה מלווה או בחום בלתי נסבל או בגשם ? האוכל במלון מגוון אבל חוזר על עצמו מידי יום. בחדר שלנו ספציפית המנעול לא עבד אך היה בריח. בלילה האחרון ירדו גשמים עזים ובאיזשהו שלב דלפו מים מאחת מדלתות המרפסת לחדר.

The swimming pool lights should be kept on at night even if the pool is closed, to show the beauty of the resort otherwise it’s so dark, I noticed rarely the staff are smiling, I don’t know what they went through but usually people are smiling specially when dealing with kids but not in this place, however still good place to stay in

I know it was the high season but the cost was very overpriced for a basic room.

Close to night market It was incredibly dirty. Pool was green and slimy. Rooms were never cleaned because the maids didn’t make it to our room until 5:00pm or later when we were back in the room. Facilities are gross all around.

This hotel was a delightful place to stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean, and the facilities were wonderful. WIFI was awful, very slow and kept disconnecting.

The rooms weren't ready and we had bought up room with a view. They told me that they could give us a quieter room without a view . We said okay. Later I discovered that it's better to get a room without of you because they have no beach views. Our room was terrific because it had a jungle view so we could leave our blinds open. The view rooms look at the pool so you have to close your blinds or curtains. The breakfast was phenomenal. Excellent. The only problem was that the staff would not give me a receipt when I checked out!!! I did not charge anything to the room and I paid through booking.com. The hotel had my credit card number from when we arrived but they wouldn't give me a receipt. They said I'd get a receipt from booking.com but I don't remember getting a receipt from booking.com. When I left they would not give me a receipt. They vehemently declined saying that they don't give me a receipt but booking.com would give me a receipt. That was a concern upon departure . Also, we did not get a room with a View, like we booked, but we Loved the room. 100s of kids!

Good location , nice property , good breakfast spread The water in the wash basin smelled like sewage water . It smelled so bad when you would open the tap but then after 2-3 minutes of leaving the water running the smell would go . I complained about it but when the engineering people and housekeeping staff came to check it had stopped smelling . So they didn’t investigate further . We had to brush our teeth with bottled water as we didn’t want to use the sewage smelling water . My hands would smell after using that water and the whole bathroom also would smell . Because of this alone we did not like the property . Another issue is at the restaurant , the waiters and waitresses would take an order and then get the wrong food to the table . This happened twice during our 3 nights stay there .

The staff was very kind, especially in the breakfast restaurant. The location is also convenient- near the night market, 20 minutes walk from center. The maintenance of the hotel is very poor- most Amenities are broken and/or moldy. Due to that we asked to change the room and the second room was even worse. The third room was a kind upgrade by the kind staff, but also required numerous phone calls for needed fix until we got tired of it. It has the potential to be the prefect hotel, if it weren’t so broken and low maintained.

Everything about Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort was AWESOME!!! The restaurant,staff,location was the BEST in Krabi, looking forward to coming back. No problem at all.
