Location is good, and good breakfast. Good pool Room are not soundproof... Tv are old, small and not smart tv at all. Light from window bathroom shine in room at night. Not cover walkway to access room the building so wet when raining. Wait 1hr at check-in and we arrived 3pm.

Great location, it is within walking distance from the market a visit well worth it, huge amount of selection and good prices. But the hotel had zero atmosphere, it is a shame as the property as such has it all, but no spirit of comfort. Zero pool service, same simple breakfast for 7 days and no smiles or interaction from the staff to make one feel welcome.

rooms are smallish... can have better baths - not on the beach... if you are expecting a beach property - look at the pictures you will be disappointed with lack of a beach that you can run off into

Location After paying, I got email pool is under maintenance and hotel needs pay more attention on beds and towels cleaning as it smells bad and not clean.

Excellent location, easy to find and check in. Pool was beautiful and food drinks were great, very good price also. Breakfast was fantastic set us up for the day.

we forget 1000 usd in the hotel room and realised when we reached bangkok. we called the hotel and the amazing staff were extremely friendly and sent us the money by bank transfer back. we did not expend this honesty and humility and would definitely recommend the stay.

Amazing location, 3min walk from landmark and night market. Hotel is placed next to a bit less beautiful, but not crowdy beach. It's far more quiet here comparing to second Ao Nang beach. There's no single commode nor wardrobe in the room! Everything must stay in backpacks (suitcases) for x days. I don't need to say how it looks after 2-3 days - clothes are everywhere. Also there are showers in the backyard, next to pools, but there isn't a single in the entrance - so every piece of sand from the beach is going to end in your room.

Afternoon - no sea. Low tide is huge. The Christmas Eve was a disaster. Our table was in the middle, very close to the tables with food, all the people standing around our table, staff didn’t tell them anything. It was very very bad. Never choose table 21!

Great location. Not too crowded around the hotel and near a sunset beach Prices for the activities that the hotel offered compared to the tourist centers

The hotel room was very damp and you could really smell the it. All our clothes got damp during our stay. The breakfast was poor and sunbeds were all reserved at 7-8 am.

The person dealing with the tours on behalf of the hotel was not very polite when we asked questions about transfers, and the room smelled a lot like bleach for a long time when we first arrived, and we had to open the windows to air the smell out. There were beeping sounds on multiple occasions throughout the night on multiple floors (caused by people who didn't close their doors properly) which made it difficult to sleep as well.

The location was amazing. So close to the beach where you can catch a long tail boat to Railey. (Not great for swimming right by hotel) But the boat excursions from the area (ex. To poda) were wonderful. It was a short walk to the coolest outdoor night market we’ve ever seen. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food and a great variety. Staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. The staff were always cleaning, polishing and taking care of the hotel and the guests. The pool was always very clean. The hotel has great management and organization. There was one female bartender at the pool bar that made the best frozen pina coladas we’ve ever tasted. The margaritas were great as well. Loved 2 for 1 happy hour. We got attached rooms because we were travelling with out teenage daughters and this worked perfectly! They came in and cleaned everyday.

Great hotel, good location at the quieter end of things but still near to the action. Night market very close by and beaches, pool clubs very accessible

Location Smell, terrible smell and drainage type water. It's musky moldy very bad. Food was smelly and bad, everything is so unhygienic. We stayed at so.many other places that are so much better for the fraction of this cost. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. You are better of staying in hostels than this dump.

Location is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is very nice walking distance from the beach a lot of restaurants in a walking distance and the area is calm Breakfast was ok not so many options

Nice property. Employees very nice and helpful. Further away from Ao Nang Central where there are more people. Shuttle is available to drop off there.
