The ac was strong and the fridge was good and the location was very good The room had a distinct bad smell, not clean, the bathroom was filthy, the food for breakfast had ants in the toaster, when we complained about the smell and the ants the staff said “deal with it”. Breakfast in and of itself is very lame not much to pick from.. wifi was shit, keeps cutting off and even when working was slow and shitty, half the staff was nice other half are npc.. tv was also small

That it was near all amenities One of the room’s balconies faced a dummping spot filled with junk. We asked to be moved from the room but they said they were fully booked, even though we kept seeing people checking in and out.

Nothing There were roaches in the toilet and on the bed the curtains smelled like pee and the bathroom smelled like sewer

The rooms were moldy, had ants, sheets were stained. Shower was dirty. Floors were dirty! breakfast tasted bad! nothing was good and we had a bay with us which made things worse much worse for her

Nice location next store to Landmark Night Market Shower backed up. Flooded floor. Moldy smell

The property is ok The staff entered my room without any knock, in the middle of the night and not even once, they entered early in the morning also! Both of them was traumatic, i had the door chain on, and they made crazy noise while i was teying to sleep, was shocked with my girlfriend bcs of the Bammmmmm sound, trying to understand whats going on. Not once but twice

Beachfront location, beautiful Seaview and pool view. Delicious breakfast buffet. Right next to main street so there is a lot of street noise during the day and at night.

Location by the beach and large night market was good, however, Nopparat Thara Beach was not great. About a 20min walk to the much nicer Ao Nang beach. Pool was good, clean and at a good temperature but closed too early at 6pm. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from, egg station, no battle to get a table. Best part of our stay. The available facilities in the lobby were excellent for travelers who check out before their flights. On top of luggage storage (which was great, thought it wasn't secured) there were showers available for use and bath towels provided. A great bonus to be able to still have a beach day before a late flight. TV and wifi never worked - staff came in to check it out, spent quite a lot of time in our space but couldn't fix it. It seemed the router was not working but there was no explanation, no replacement of the router, no compensation, no follow up. We had no TV the whole time. The shower leaked badly into the washroom. We requested more towels one day because we used them all to soak up the leak but did not receive additional towels. Cleaning staff didn't replace toilet paper and took one of our robes one day. Communication with staff in general was very poor. Cash deposit of 2000 B was not great, it would be much better if it was a credit card hold.

Very comfortable! Our room was attached to the pool and that was convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. I always will comment on the hot water and AC in my reviews, they had great AC and hot water!

Location was one of the best Poor Soundproofing and Unpleasant Odor Issues The room lacked proper soundproofing — I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, and when I spoke, it felt like I was disturbing others. There was absolutely no sense of privacy. In addition, the toilet had a persistent sewage smell for no apparent reason, making the stay very uncomfortable.

Our stay was great! The bed was super comfortable (and big) , the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, right next to the little shopping area. The only small downsides were that in one room the shower jet was "too straight", hitting the opposite wall, and in another room a light bulb was burned out, which made it a bit harder for us ladies to do our makeup. Still, overall a very nice stay
