Some people were smoking at the Some people smoking cannabis at the roof top pool which clearly is marked as no smoking.

Really nicely done rooms and amenities. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

Really cool, modern design and the whole place felt very well done. Staff were friendly, location was great, and the in-room pool was a huge highlight. The water was cold but honestly perfect in the heat. The restaurant was also surprisingly really good. The bathroom had a more open-air design, so it was harder to keep cool. The AC in the main room worked great though.

Close to every thing you could need. We had an amazing stay. The staff was great, the food was excellent and we’ll remember the room forever! We would definitely stay here again or recommend this place. Our only complaint was the pillows could have been a little bit better. It didn’t stop us from sleeping like a rock every night though!

Cream, Tia, Wallis, and Mook were exceptional staff. They were always there to answer any questions we had and provide the best customer service. I would recommend. 10/10 would stay here again and again!! I loved everything!!

I liked everything. The staff were super friendly. The water of the private pool was too cold.

The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was well presented with a rich variety of options. The location is excellent - close to everything, with restaurants and bars along the street, a 7-Eleven nearby, and even motorbike rentals within walking distance. The staff were very polite and welcoming. They helped us with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed by, asking how we were doing. The pool is covered, which makes the water quite cold. There are no insect screens on the pool windows, and insects enter constantly. One evening, we returned to find the pool full of insects. To their credit, it was cleaned the next morning, but it affected the experience.

My stay at Hotel Adam was everything I imagined and more! First of all the staff, they were the stand out during my stay. So attentive, so friendly and just a dream to see every day, From the restaurant to the front desk to the activity coordinator to the groundskeepers. Everybody was top-notch. I have absolutely no complaints about the property

This is Thailand hospitality at its finest. The hotel was amazing, the bed super comfy, the breakfast exceptional and the best was the staff. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We loved our stay here. Nothing I can think of

Staff were beyond amazing - Tia, Nanna, Nanny, Bendz and everyone. Location was excellent- so close to restaurants, shops, laundry and only a short distance to Ao Nang Beach. Treatments in the day spa were all amazing. I always got a bed at the rooftop and the bottom pool. Each time we left or came back, we were greeted warmly by the entry staff. Sweet treats at 5pm were such a lovely idea. I really like their low wastage idea of ordering food on the app for breakfast, instead of a massive buffet sitting for 4 hours. Lovely onsite restaurant. Hardly anything but a couple of days it seemed like not enough staff at breakfast and our meals came out warmish, not hot. This was not the fault of the staff but just not enough staff on duty.

The beds are extremely hard.

The flooring was randomly uneven throughout the hotel. Not significant but it's the only feedback I have for something I didn't like.

The hotel is beautifully designed. It is new and elegant. Excellent location, three minute walk to the main bustling street with shops and restaurants and another five minutes to the beach-front where you can take boat excursions. The staff was very kind and forthcoming - both at the reception and at the travel desk. The private pool in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was varied and very good. It would be nice to have a full-body mirror in the room and a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. The hotel asks guests to download an app and communicate mostly through the app, but the app wasn't working most of the time. I ended up going down to the reception a couple of times to get it re-paired with my account - so as to make requests that would have been quicker to do on the phone from the room. As a five star hotel in such a touristic town, I was surprised that there were plenty of staff who did not speak English (in the restaurant and in the pool). We were surprised, too, that the staff said they could only provide a hotel car to the airport or help us order a BOLT or GRAB but would not help us get a regular taxi for us to the airport.
