Location, Staff, facilities all were top notch The whole carding system was abit tidious to get around, like even if I'm already in hotel i needed to carry my card everywhere which was inconvenient and very prone to losing it

Great staff and location. Gym was small but had enough equipment for a full workout; 2 spin bikes, 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, free weights etc.Rooms are on the small side without a chair ( just a beanbag chair) but good enough for the price. Bed was too hard so we asked for a mattress topper which helped a lot. Breakfast is small takeaway, mostly Thai food but free americano and lattes helped! Overall, great value and staff. Breakfast choices.

Disappointing Stay at Cosi Krabi Ao Nang Beach I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at Cosi Krabi Ao Nang Beach was unacceptable. We booked three rooms for two nights, and from the start, the experience was far below basic hospitality standards. - Cleanliness: Two rooms had sheets with red and yellow stains that looked fresh, forcing us to request replacements. Bathrooms across all rooms smelled unpleasant, and amenities were nonexistent, only shower gel and toilet paper were provided. - Maintenance: One double room had a water leakage from the bathing area into the toilet, accompanied by a strong sewer odor. - Housekeeping: Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. Staff attempted service at 6:00 pm, when we had already returned from tours and were showering. - Service: We were given the wrong checkout time at check-in. On departure day, staff knocked on our door an hour earlier than expected, and the front desk simply dismissed it as “misinformation from the night shift.”

Really friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Would be lovely to have a table/proper chair in the room. More seating in the shade at the pool!

The location is very central and easy to talk to the beach. The bed was clean and very comfortable which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very bare. The toilets had a big issue with flushing which was not ideal. I would want to be aware of the toilet issues especially if I was planning to share a room.

Housekeeping did a good job. It was a decent location on the main strip. I didn’t like the separate buildings. The pool didn’t provide towels, I had to go back to the main building reception to get a towel. The hotel is looking worn and dated.

We liked the location, in the heart of a busy area. Walking distance from the beach and other activities. Comfy beds. We had a room on the first floor, windows to main street, it was noisy and no privacy, if you don’t close the curtains every body who passes by sees you.

Location The reception staff weren't very welcoming; the girl who checked me in rolled her eyes while assisting me. Upon my arrival, they didn't have a room available on a higher floor, but they assured me it would be changed the next morning. However, when I called the next day, they informed me that the change could only happen in the afternoon, indicating a lack of communication among the staff. Additionally, if you lose your key, you're treated like you're under interrogation instead of being accommodated as a guest. They charge a premium price but are unwilling to provide an extra key.
