Location was great and it was nice to have coffee and toast in the morning. The balcony was also very nice. There was a bad odour in the bathroom.

No lift. No TV No kettle Internet connection constantly disconnected

The location is great very central to everything. The rooms are spacious and had everything we need. Bed was clean It was a bit run down, holes in the walls and electric sockets hanging out. Cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t great, still sand from previous guests in shower room had some dust but wasn’t too bad

The room was large and clean and the location was perfect, very close to Ao Nang beach and with plenty of restaurants, bars, 7 elevens, and pharmacies nearby. Overall my stay has been very comfortable Everything was pretty much okay, I'd just improve the room lighting a little bit.

Terrible customer service! The doorknob in the bathroom was broken and i got stuck in there for 20 mins. When we told them about the situation they laughed in our faces before calling someone to help us. Obviously we were mad at how unserious they were about the situation and we asked for them to make up for the inconvenience. Instead of offering their apologies they proceeded to look at us up and down and probably bad mouthed us in thai. Overall they were just rude about the whole situation, unwelcoming and unaccomodating. We asked for a refund for the 2 remaining nights, packed our bags and left. As for the room, it's quite basic, the fridge doesn't work that well, mold on the ceilling, the A/C shut it self off in the middle of the night and was dripping onto the TV underneath. Big fire hazard. Only positive aspect is the balcony. Please stay away from this place and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

No noise from the street, clubs, bars was a plus considering the location being so central. The air con worked well and the service from the people who worked at the reception was always smiley and they also gladly accommodated my change of plans. Having stayed in many places in Thailand, I know to never expect anything before arriving at any accommodation; this hotel was testament to that. The place is extremely old, outdated and seriously needing some love. The view is no longer, now blocked by an (abandoned?) building site, the pictures make it look really comfortable and homey but it really wasn’t. The room is missing a lot of things, a functioning TV, a fan, a bin in the bathroom (despite the Thai standard of not putting toilet roll in toilet), alongside many other basics. The WiFi is very unreliable. Mosquitoes kept respawning in the room, I would kill at least 20 every single night before sleeping (we kept everything closed the whole time), at least it wasn’t bed bugs. The towels are at least 30 years old. The walls are very thin, you could hear the rats in between the walls during the night. I could say a lot more.

The location is excellent, close to all the bars, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful with advice and planning of trips. For the price there’s not a lot to dislike. Possibly could have done with a kettle, coffee etc in the room, but a small issue.

The location is amazing as it's 5 minutes from the main beach side strip. Lots of restaurants and shops around. You can book tours directly at reception and they come and pick you up at the hotel. In case you want to rent a scoter, there is a renting facility literally next to the hotel. The hotel is very basic and it has no lift in the buildings. No hairdryer available in the rooms.

2nd time staying here. Just as good as the 1st time. Reception staff are so lovely and really make the stay here. Nothing is too much. Perfect location - right where you want to be but quite enough to sleep at night. If I go back to krabi I will be booking again. Highly recommend to anyone. Nothing! No lift so you need to be able to walk steps.

Great and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Good location just a few minutes from Ao Nang beach. Very convenient and close to amazing restaurant and massage parlours. Their stairs case up to our room was dangerous and very irregular steps + dark at times, just be careful going up or down the stairs.

They brought me to the eye doctor after a corneal abrasion from sand. Totally cared for my wellbeing. I thank them so much.

Exceptional

The location is conveniently close to the beach and surrounded by shop lots, making it easy to access everything. Everything is nearby, so there’s no need to walk long distances. The room is extremely dirty and has an unpleasant odor, with minimal amenities provided. The photos shown are purely for marketing purposes and do not reflect the actual condition of the room, which is old and unclean. Additionally, there is no elevator, making it inconvenient for guests with large luggage. For the price charged, it is not worth it. By spending just a bit more, you can find much more comfortable accommodations elsewhere.

Location Peak season= overpriced. Too expensive for what it is. Terrible, dishonest service with ordering transport- avoid using their services at all costs.
