Close to attractions though I rented bike to move around . Basic room with basic facilities at this price . Staffs were helpful. Booked 3 rooms , but one of the rooms wasn't clean . Smells of weed all over the place No lift

The location is right next to the beach and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean room, views from roof, and good food for breakfast. The price was also excellent.

Location its great , close to the beach , Breakfast its wonderful and cheaper .Staff was so helpful .Owner was so nice and didn’t charge my sister breakfast when he knew about her room . I reserved by booking , private room with 2 beds , they don’t have and my sister have to rent other room to sleep in her own bed .

I did not like anything there. rooms were dirty, no lights or even fan were not provided. It's more like a store room. The room I booked, they did not give me that and they offer me a room on another property. That is just like a brothel. As I was travelling alone, they just try to scam me. Also, the manager was very rude. I did not stay there and they did not gave the money back. dirty rooms, lack of basic amenities (lights and fan), being placed in a different property than booked, feeling unsafe as a solo traveler, rude manager, and refusal of a refund. also felt the service was extremely poor and would not recommend the place.

The location was great. The room was really hot. No windows outside Room could use some basic updates. Shower on my floor was. Cold

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is amazing and very convenient for exploring Ao Nang. Considering the price, this was one of the best values I experienced in Thailand. Nothing major. For the price, everything was more than fair.

- to be honest, I did not like at all! - dirty room and bathroom - insects in the room - temperature in the room gets very very hit in the night (no AC!) They have a fan but it doesn't not help - no bathroom in the room. OAY ATTENTION. IN THE ROOM PICTURES ON BOOKING, IT SHOWS A BATHROOM IN THE ROOM but when I arrived it was simply not there - it looks like a basement that room not like a hotel room

My room had no AC and no window to the outside, the heat was terrible. The bedding was incredibly old and crappy. No natural light, it felt like a prison.

Price The facilities were sub par, no elevator as hard to carey luggage up stairs, view into a dark alley, no safe in room for valuables.

Location is perfect. 2 min. walk to the beach. Close to everything. Very convenient. In my own experience. The receptionist are arrogant. Check in and check out. They don't treat you like a guest. Service not good. No AC at the room. No elevator.

Great location and good rooms at reasonable price in peak season . Rooms were big enough and clean . Very good WiFi as well. Room I got didn’t have AC and had only fan ( I didn’t checked for AC as I thought they all have ) . It was kind of hot during day without AC . Other than that was very good.

Inaccurate description but paid for AC with shared bathroom. Room had no AC. No blanket or even hooks to hang a pair of pants.

No warm shower, rooms verry shabby, grimy and spartanic. Much too expensive for what it is. Total disappointment.

Great stay here; laundry service, arranged tours, scooter rental in front and 50m to the beach road. Restaurants, shops & 7-11 easily walkable 4 flights of stairs to keep me fit, tuk tuk to Night Market
