was raining most of the time, understandably due to the season, but otherwise it was relaxing & a convenient location to venture out when the rain stopped. All in all was good, it met my expectations.
-
Everything worked well. Clean, calm, great location.

Room was very nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. That I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs.

Great location.

Exceptional staff that generously supplied me with water, a beach towel, and luggage storage after i checked out. The location is outstanding: minutes from the beach and bus stop but removed from the main street, so not noisy. Loved the spacious balcony off my room. Good toiletries and blackout curtains. Unlimited free water. Bed was a little firm for my tastes, shower was average, and i wish they had instant coffee with milk. But overall a lovely hotel and a pleasant stay. Be advised you'll need to provide a 1000 baht cash damage deposit that is refunded at checkout.

Nothing

Very close to everything The staff was very noisy every morning.. The overall isolation of the room is very bad because the rooms are separated by doors between them. And the room design was very old… beeing a high season period was also too expensive for what it offered.

amazing location, polite staff little pricey for what tou get, everything old

The location is great, food and many shops around. What I didn’t like was that unfortunately my itinerary changed drastically and I didn’t check that out of 8-9 hotels I booked this was the only one that does not allow cancellation. There for make sure that you plan on staying there. Since there plenty of hotels around I would book where you can get a refund, just in case.

Good Location No breakfast included, no lift

The bed is not very comfortable.
-
The Wifi is so bad. The bed was uncomfortable with squishing sound.
-
It is near from the beach, the staff was nice and my room was big with a nice window view.
-
Cheap, in the heart of Ao Nang beach, convenietlnt to walk around

The hotel staff is very friendly, the friendliest I've encountered in Thailand so far. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and so is the balcony. The curtains are very dark which make it possible to sleep longer during the day. There's a desk and a chair in the room, which is great for those working on a laptop. I'm completely satisfied with the hotel. If I come back to Ao Nang, I'll definitely stay here again.

Only good thing I can say about it is location and relatively cheap. Old, not very clean, loud/broken air conditioner, old rickety bed.

Lalisa was in a fantastic location, close to the beach, boat transfers and a main area of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that our balcony on the main floor was covered by bamboo and we really couldn’t see outside. Overall a good place to stay.

The staff is very friendly and try to accommodate, but they cannot do miracles. The hotel is very well located. I do not like to post negative reviews, but i feel i am not fair if i do not do so. The hotel has a 7.9 average review, the reason why i booked, to me this is misleading. Ac is veryyy poor, in this hot city, it makes for an uncomfortable stay. Only after several hrs on, the temperature got manageable, better to install fans!!. Beds are as hard as wood. There are no outlets close to bed, only two in the opposite side if the room. The light us fainted. No elevators to climb to the rooms (4th floor in our case). At least with thus review you are prepared to face it. Maybe i was biased by my expectations, with the high rating i was expecting much more.

Proximity to restaurants and sightseeing

Fantastic location right in the heart of Ao Nang but just off the road to save you from noise all night long. Close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Bed was very, very firm- like a boxspring with no mattress firm. Air conditioning in the unit also didn’t work all that great.
