Great location. A lot of space with sink, microwave and fridge Fridge to small? Rooms show wear. Sheets towels etc. Could hsve been cleaner. A/C weak. Said they would fix but never did. Almost 2 weeks. Said they woukd do several things never happened.

Big room, clean. Small place around swimming pool, all the chairs were broken.

What I liked the most was the friendly staff oh my god! When we checked out earlier, we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to the soft-spoken staff at the front desk. The suite room was spacious and very clean. There’s also a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool from above. It was superb! I will definitely miss staying here and would love to come back again????

location too far away from main beach surroundings were awful. muslim prayer wake up call every morning at 5am pool was cold

The room was fine, but the sewer smell from the bathroom was really bad. The elevator and the corridors were also pretty dirty. The staff was fantastic.

The room that I was staying in had two bed but one of it do not even have bed sheet on it. Mean while the aircond is not cold enough.

Room size is good. View from the balcony was very good. Location is quite far (not walkable) from Ao Nang Beach.

Ms. Su is exceptionally calm, polite, and genuinely attentive to her guests’ needs. She goes above and beyond, even offering customize itineraries to enhance the stay. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy—definitely a perfect 10 out of 10. The nearest market is conveniently located about 15 minutes away, and the drivers provided were outstanding. We enjoyed a fantastic array of street food cuisine with live music on weekends. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lovely Beach House for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway!

Everything was absolutely fantastic about the property. The hotel manager Su was lovely, welcoming and the staff there went out their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay. The hotel is maintained really well clean and tidy and is located at an ideal location in Ao nang walking distance beeches, restaurants and markets. We had a brilliant time there looking to come back soon.

There was no way to close the bathroom door in the room. Water was constantly pouring from the air conditioning in the bedroom. Every morning after waking up, the entire floor was flooded. Unfortunately, there was no reaction from the staff despite repeated requests and removal of faults.

It was very nice clean and comfy the staff was excellent ,kind and at service. In general we had an excellent stay at lovely lucky beach.

Staff were friendly. Pool was just right for a dip after a hot day. Breakfast was good. Not far from Nopharat Beach and boat services. Rooms were big and comfortable. If there is one criticism, the hotel is on a fairly busy road with no pavements but you do get used to it.

We’d had a long travel day and an issue with our initial accommodation in Aonang, when we arrived at this property a member of staff was ready to check us in immediately, they provided a welcome drink and smiles all round, one of the lady’s helped us with our bags upstairs. The customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was modern, clean and mirrors the photos provided. They have a nice pool and restaurant providing basic Thai food which was nice if you fancied staying in. Scooter rental across the road. Would definitely stay here again Nothing at all
