Pool was good but the loungers are unadjustable, good views. Cleaners were efficient Location wasn't brilliant, although there was a shuttle to town but selective times. Shower flooded quuckly

The food options within the hotel could have been an improvement. The choices for breakfast were not that much. Other than the omelet station it was simply a buffet line. There was not much of an engagement in the restaurant as well.

Its nice 10 mins from ao and walking distance 15-20 mins pool was nice The bed was rough its hard and you can see the stain in the pillow even with cover

The hotel is really nice and clean, there is a gym, a restaurant, a rooftop pool. The staff is nice and courteous and we really enjoyed being there

The hotel was in a great location and an easy grab ride to everywhere. The front desk staff was quite friendly. We had our laundry done and it came back with a wonderful fresh scent. The beds were harder than expected. There is a slight damp smell in the room. The elevators were a little bit slow and there was only one on the property.

Modern and nice hotel with a rooftop swimming pool with a picturesque view and really great breakfast, probably the best I came across in Thailand. The hotel is located above the Nopparathara beach, which is much more cosy these days than Ao Nang For this type of property I would prefer the air conditioner isn't above my bed.

When we arrived around 10pm and did the check in, we noticed that bed sheets were not clean with dirt spots. There was also a strange smell of humidity or something like that . The staff promptly arranged for someone to change the bed. I think this was a 4 star hotel (it isn't anymore)

Nothing From the start, this stay was unacceptable. The first room was not clean, and even after upgrading, the problems continued. The upgraded room was infested with insect larvae (case-bearing moths). This is worse than cockroaches: they hide in clothes, damage fabrics, and can be taken home, risking an infestation. The room also had extreme humidity and a malfunctioning AC. I chose not to stay because of the larvae. The hotel refused to refund me, and when I left, a staff member ran after my taxi asking where I was going and which hotel I would stay in next , intrusive and unsafe behavior, especially as a woman traveling alone. The upgrade pricing was misleading (cash vs card) with sudden price increases and no written confirmation, from 4000 to 6000 BAT when i chose to pay by card (a part from the 3% for the card use). Overall, this hotel is unhygienic, unprofessional, and not safe for solo female travelers. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
