The location is good and convenient in Ao Nang. The room was large, spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

- pool - water dispenser - luggage storage after check-out - good local restaurants (Secret Kitchen, Chili) and 7-Eleven nearby - there is a noisy mosque at the end of the street, which will probably wake you up before 6am - the walk to the beach is mostly on the narrow road without walkway

I loved the accommodation and the hosts were very welcoming, but I struggled a little with the walk into town in the evening. I couldn’t get a taxi so walked, I felt a bit uneasy on my own when it was dark. I did manage to get a taxi home, but had to pay the higher rate to secure one. During the day it was fine. Accomadation was fabulous, it was clean, good sized room and shower was great.

Great having the small pool to cool off in. 15 minutes walk to beach and bars but lots of restaurants near by. The beds were like concrete

Very clean, great prices for booking tours, walking distance from everything, honestly amazing stay we were only supposed to stay for 4 nights but extended another 3 because we liked it so much!

Quiet but also only 14 mins walk to Aonang busy area! While walkong you will also find plenty of restaurants and massage places. Bed is large enough for both of us and we are not small ? I love the room I booked because it has balcony, we can smoke on balcony and it auper spacious for the price! Small pool you can dip in on a hot day! Honestly 2 things 1.They can change the shower host ? 2. TV was not much of a use. Bed soft Ac New Hot shower works Bumgun Great Location not bad for the price at all

The hosts were so attentive and very kind. We had an issue with the toilet and they came up straight away to fix it, and there were no further issues. They also gave us bananas throughout our stay, and some Thai pastries as we left, even off were to grab a tuktuk for us to get to the speedboat pier. Very generous hosts.

The owners were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh, free cold and warm water is offered in the facility. They booked for us a trip to phi phi Island at a good price. It's true that it's not the most comfortable bed and the rooms are not extremely quiet, but for a 2 stars hotel it's definitely good value for money.

We enjoyed our four days at the Mini House. It was clean, the hosts were great and the pool was nice to come back to. We thought the price and friendly atmosphere made up for the kilometre walk to the beach.

The way Booking said the hotel was 100ft from the beach and it was 1.4 miles away. 50% of the walk was on the road since there were no sidewalks.

The staff was awesome. They provided useful information and service. The location is a bit far away from the main road, like 15 min walking which is not far but during the day gets hot.

Very affordable and well looked after and clean. It is run by a young family and they could not be nicer. First night the owner gave me a ride to the restaurant on his scooter, my shower stopped making hot water and he replaced the entire shower unit for me within 48 hours. Every time I ran into him in town he offered to buy me coffee. Just the absolute nicest couple. The property has a pool but I didn’t use it. One thing I thought wouldn’t bother me as much as it started to is the distance from town and the beach. In the morning just going for breakfast I had to walk ten minutes. To town and the beach is 15 minutes. This wouldn’t normally bother me as I like to walk but I was wanting to do photography, if the rain started I was far away from home base. This is mostly my fault as I refused to rent a scooter. So this isn’t really against the property itself. Just know that if it could be an issue for you then it might be. This is also made up by the fact that it is closer to the Muslim side of town that most visitors don’t see, and you can get great and way cheaper food than downtown.

The owners were a super sweet family and the room was very clean and comfortable. No view or anything but can’t beat it for the price! They also had free water refills and the pool was cozy and clean!
