Clean & good value for money. Got Ko Dam kitchen at the end of the road which is the best restaurant in Krabi personally The pool in the reception area was abit odd but still better than not having a pool

The beds were super comfy! And the room was very clean Signage in the room indicated we could have a late check out and I previously rang the hotel to ask about this. Even so we were not allowed as later check out as needed, only two hours were given. The hotel was not full. Very load at night with people running in the corridors and people outside in the street. Also the showers were cold.

We didn't have the breakfast as was room only, some beautiful restaurants/cafe bars within a 5 minute walk so we ate out instead The hill to walk back up at night time as very dark and quite dangerous, we used a Tuk Tuk for a very cheap price £1 a pop from the strip back to the hotel

Service was poor, air conditioner was not working properly, after complaints to the staff they are not willing to solve the problem.

The rooms are clean and comfortable 1. The view is pathetic. It directly faces into another hotel. 2. The staff is very rude. We asked for an extension for our stay and we were denied despite having availability. On alot of requesting, we were offered a room but at 2.5x the price

Large, clean rooms with comfortable bed and balcony. TV with Netflix. Good pool table and swimming pool. Nice location with a 15 minute walk to the main beach strip. However lots of restaurants around the hotel too. The breakfast items need to be covered as flies land on the fruit/bread/salad.

The area of the hotel was ok. The pool was very small, the shower was too small and not very good. Everything got very wet and no one came to clean or change towels. There were no bed lights for reading. There was no hand soap. Breakfast was not good at all and the price was not cheap.

The room itself was comfortable and the amenities were nice overall. The bathroom left much to be desired. There were no towel hangers, and the step when entering the bathroom posed a safety hazard. Initially, we thought the comments about poor-quality towels were exaggerated, but they really were subpar. Additionally, the walls were extremely thin, and we could easily hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Pool was useless.

The room was exceptional. Super comfy king size bed. Extremely clean and bright. Netflix on the TV. Bottles of water and toilet paper received outside our door every morning. Elevator was handy for our big suitcases. Nice and quiet surroundings. Location was good in walking distance of the beach etc. Breakfast was enjoyable. Pool was quite small and cold. Pool table slightly damaged.
