Pool, staff, rooms, cleanliness, everything was amazing.

Great place to be near the beach and very convenient

Our room wasn't cleaned until 5 pm on the first day, only when we requested new bottles of water did they ask if we'd like the cleaning service. They also insisted on waiting for 10-15 min at checkout for a room check, which I never had with other hotels. Since our taxi was already ordered, I explained that and left immediately for the airport.

Good location, good facilities, staff friendly and fantastic breakfast I liked everything

Very nice and in general quite resort. The rooms are comfy, clean and have everything you need. The breakfast is nice, good quality with decent variety of foods and drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience. The breakfast is nice, though since it is together with Deevana plaza it can be crowded from time to time. As one part of the resort has a road behind, it might occur that you have some noise.

The distance from the lobby to the room was very long. I was carrying heavy luggage, but the staff member guiding me did not offer any help and simply said “follow me” while walking ahead quickly. I was already tired from traveling, so having to walk a long distance within the hotel was exhausting. I think a luggage assistance service would be appreciated. In addition, amenities such as a toothbrush and a comb were not provided, so it is better to bring your own. Also, perhaps because I booked the cheapest standard plan, the room did not have basic furniture such as chairs or a bedside table, which was a bit inconvenient.

There are some mosquitoes over, but it is typically for any other hotel probably

I loved the pool and the room we were booked in. The pool was very private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend it to everyone Everything was wonderful overall, though it would have been even better if there were a few more food options available on-site. Just a small suggestion for future improvement

Everything was good!

Breakfast was a wide varied buffet. Wifi was good enough to work. Room smell was musty and bathroom always had a smell (from the drains). Pool was nice but limited cushions. The bar staff at the pool were nice but often not around. Room did not have much space for hanging or putting clothes away.

Exceptional

The entire area was really pleasant to be around. The houses, swimming pools, surrounding nature. The staff was kind and present; and breakfast was excellent! Location for island hopping and excursions was perfect too. I was foot-injured for 3 days during my stay, and the property made it really easy and pleasant for me to spend my days ‘grounded’ there :) So if you want to have a combination of well located traveling base, and spending days by a pool — this is a nice choice. Our room didn’t have windows and was quite dark. At least it didn’t make us stay inside for long, but one very strong lamp/lightning in the room would possibly solve the problem.

Really nice atmosphere, everything was really thought of in the room, every detail was in place for a good stay. The staff sometimes didn’t speak much English, which made some stuff harder to communicate.
